Lamar was readily available to come repair our refrigerator/freezer and washing machine. The ice maker had stopped working, water was leaking and freezing in the bottom of the freezer. The washing machine was leaking on the spin cycle. He arrived promptly after notification he was on the way, worked quickly, politely, professionally and was very personable. It was great to find a local repairman -something hard to find for Henry County. And I appreciate the opportunity to support a US veteran.

Chris, our technician, was very efficient. He analyzed the problem with our refrigerator freezer and explained it to me. He quoted me a price before he began, which was reasonable, and then there were no surprises. I will definitely use this company again. I recommend this business as highly as possible. Our 12-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working. I called and talked with Chris, the owner. He explained the probable problems and then added an individual to the phone call who was actually out in the field and who added to the information I was receiving. They gave me advice on how to get the refrigerator to work in the short term; that worked! Chris also gave me a very firm estimate of what the cost would be and then explained that I needed to consider whether I wanted to invest several hundred dollars in an older refrigerator. I called him the following day to tell Chris that his advice on how to get the refrigerator to work in the short term worked and to insure that the necessary part was available and not on back-order. Chris ensured that the part was on a truck before we scheduled the repair. This was an incredibly refreshing and encouraging experience.

I had the worst experience with my Frigidaire refrigerator not getting cold in my refrigerator section . Freezer was freezing perfect , but my refrigerator section was getting warmer and warmer every minute. I had no clue, so I was gonna go to buy a new refrigerator. But honestly my money was tight , and I got lucky my wife said why don’t we repair it. Honestly this is my first repair .so I looked up a repair company called Precision appliance, they had a great rating on the internet and their website was super easy to read. But still I’m worried, so I set appointment , then two hours later a truck pulled in my drive way logged up . Still nervous, the gentleman that got out was very clean cut and professional . I welcomed him in and he introduced his self as William King. So I walked him back to my refrigerator . He asked me what it was doing wrong and I explained . And I was so relieved his response was we see this often and it’s a common affordable repair. He then started disassembling so I went in my living room . 15 minutes later he told me he has it figured out and that I had some bad baffle motor . I have no clue what that is but he said it opens up and let’s the cold air from the freezer enter the refrigerator side. So I’m expecting now it’s time to wait on part . He then tells me I’ll have you repaired in 45 minutes . So all of my worries disappeared. 45 minutes later he tells me give it a couple hours to be filled back up and your good To go . I then paid him and the price was affordable the refrigerator I have was only 250.00 for total repair. So bottom line thank you Mr.King your service was exceptional and I highly recommend your services to all my friends and family members and I’ll continue to use you on all of my appliances. Came back out and fixed my refrigerator. Nice people that do right by their customers.

Repairman came. Was NOT vaccinated and did not have a mask on. Luckily I asked him. I also requested he put a mask on. I had hand sanitizer, gloves and wipes just inside my door. He put the gloves on but complained his hands were raw from all the hand sanitizer. He said I had oatmeal clogging my freezer drain. (Possible) But he never pulled the refrigerator out against the wall or checked why water and dark liquid was coming out UNDER the refrigerator not just in the refrigerator. I don’t think this is going to fix the problem. Time will tell.

Aable has completed two repair projects for me. The first was an in-home dryer repair that was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. The second was removal of Freon from a defunct refrigerator at my parent’s house. Both times the repairs were carried out as scheduled and at an acceptable cost. Very happy with this repair service and recommend them highly.

When our fridge went out, I called these guys based on a google search. The phone was immediately answered by a human who was located in the office with the technicians. It wasn’t a call center or anything, thank God. She was able to get a technician out to us the same day, and they fixed it within 24 hours. No food lost (we have a basement fridge that we transferred stuff to, just in case)! The price was reasonable, the service quick and the staff extremely courteous. I’ll be calling them again whenever our next appliance goes kaput!

I called about my refrigerator not working. I was asked by the person on the phone what the problem was. I specifically said, my freezer doesn't freeze and my refrigerator doesn't get cold. She sent a technician out a few days later to have a look. I was told there would be a $100 fee which I was fine with. Upon arrival, the technician asked what the problem was. I told him the freezer will not freeze and the refrigerator doesn't get cold. He replied its either a compressor or it needs freeon. I said we haven't seen any fluid leaking so I doubt if it need freeon. He opened the fridge, took a look and said it was our compressor but they don't specialize in that, took my $100 and left. He knew before looking at it he didn't specialize in fixing compressors. They couldve easily told me over the phone that wasnt their specialty, after all what was the point in them asking what the problem was? That was just an easy way to get $100. You best believe I'm putting the word out to everyone I know not to do business with this company!

I spoke to Sherry and Dave last week about an issue I was having with my hotpoint side by side refrigerator not cooling. Well after speaking with Dave and getting some advice on possible solutions I decided to take everything out of the freezer and turn the unit off Friday evening. I had set an appointment for Monday morning so I was hoping this would solve my problem. I found frost on the back wall of the freezer which Dave and Sherry had speculated I might find. I turned both settings down to 1 for 24 hrs and then put them both back to 5. My freezer is @ 10 below 0 and my fridge is right at 31-35. I can see the fan is running in the back so that appears to have taken care of my issue. I originally suspected that my son had accidentally left the fridge door partially open with a pizza box while we were out of town leading to the ice blockage Dave and Sherry had both alluded to. So while I didn't have to use their services they were more than willing to share with me some insight that ultimately save me money. I will definitely call Beringer if I have any appliance issue. This is the second time I've used Bringer Appliance Repair. A technician arrived a couple hours after my call regarding my refrigerator. He was courteous and took care of my problem. I had a question about the cost. David Bringer patiently listened to my questions and we were able to resolve my concerns in a positive manner. I highly recommend using Bringer Appliance!

Can’t remember who from this company came out to repair my fridge as it has been over a year. Was told there is no repair for the loud noises it made and recommended a new evap fan housing as it may fix the issue. Paid 99 dollars for that. As the fridge was sounding like a motorcycle but it did work I figured I’d wait til it burnt out and get a new one. Well after all this time I said screw it. Took it apart( something they didn’t do) and found that the evap fan itself was making the noise. Bought a 20 dollar replacement off of Amazon and now the fan is quiet as can be. Only reason I came back to post a review is because this could have been fixed forever ago. Something I’d consider an easy repair

I was told that there would be a $99 service call, understandable. Tech got here, I showed him where the ice was in the fridge, he literally only looked in my fridge and then got on his computer and told me the parts were discontinued. He did not unscrew anything to check, so how would be even know which part was actually needed? Ok, so then I asked about fixing the ice machine button.. turns out that is discontinued also. So then I asked about my microwave and he doesn't work on them, go figure, but understandable.. Tech was here maybe 10 minutes, collected the $99 and left. .. My BF later took a part the fridge and found parts from Samsung directly (not a 3rd party).. So talk about feeling ripped off.

Very pleased with Jeff’s prompt, courteous, and professional service. Our Refridgerator compressor went out and he was able to share solid advice. Even though he could have made a lot more money telling us to replace the part, he was honest and said it would make more financial sense to replace our old fridge. He’ll be our next appliance repair call for sure.

Dont purchase lowes protection plan! When you need service you are on the back burner. There is no urgency to get to you. Refrigerator is out. Who cares??? Also was told by salesperson when purchased my policy that I would be reimbursed for water filters. Not the case. They never sent any reimbursement when I filed. It is ab scam !!

We have a Samsung refrigerator that the refrigerator part stopped working. I called Samsung the called This company. The repair man came talked to his supervisor on the phone. Told me that it would cost $1400-1800 to repair advised against repair. That night I thought well if fan wasn’t working that could be the problem looked on u tube bought a fan for $30 refrigerator fixed. Called to ask for my $100 back since They really didn’t diagnose the problem. Told me no because after all it was a diagnose call. Hmm they didn’t diagnose it. Beware!!!

Technicians name was John he was very knowledgeable and professional about the service of my refrigerator although we had many problems with SAMSUNG AS A COMPANY JOHN DID EVERYTHING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!!.I WOULD RECOMMEND UNIVERSAL APPLIANCE TO EVERYONE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT CALL UNIVERSAL APPLIANCE!!!
