We had two refrigerators that were no longer dispensing ice. I called Appliance Professional and Richard, the technician, came out and diagnosed the problems. Each refrigerator needed a new part. Their friendly office staff called me as promised when the parts were received and quickly scheduled a time to make the replacements. I am very pleased that both are now working great. I am very impressed with their service and professionalism! Our refrigerator had ice forming inside of it and water leaking into the drawers. I called them and they were able to come out the same week. Communication was excellent and they arrived on time. The technician immediately knew what the issue was. It was a known problem with Samsung refrigerators. While he was there, we mentioned that our ice maker had stopped working. He looked at it and said that it was a very easy and inexpensive repair. (I was told a year earlier by another company that it would cost $800 to repair just the ice maker.) He ordered the parts and my refrigerator (including the ice maker) was repaired the following week. Both repairs were a fraction of the price I was given to repair just the ice maker last year!!! Samuel was very knowledgeable. The problem was my fan stopped and the refrigerator side was warming up, but the freezer side was working. He determined that ice had formed in the panel in back and all that was needed was to unplug fridge for a day or two and it would be good to go. He was so right, and saved me alot of money. Definitely recommend!
