We were lucky when we called out of the blue, and found Dave nearby already. With the refrigerator stopped and the food spoiling, he was able to come over, use the special tools he already had, install the special parts he already had on hand, and get it back to running perfectly. He did a thorough and careful job all around, for a reasonable fee, and as a bonus it didn't even take a whole hour. His expertise was obvious, and as an engineer myself it's not easy to impress me that way. Don't hesitate, just call. That's what we'll be doing next time an appliance breaks.
