I want to leave this review because this company helped me a lot. My refrigerator stopped working. It happened while I was away from home for three days. Of course, all the groceries went bad. I called several companies looking for help. After reading reviews about Appliance Savers, I decided to give them a call. And it was the right decision. They were able to send a technician to me at the following day. Peter called me in advance and showed up right in time. He checked my refrigerator and immediately understood what was the problem. About an hour later, my refrigerator started working. From the first minutes, it was clear that Peter knew what he is doing. He worked very professionally, connected the refrigerator, returned it to its place and cleaned everything around. I can honestly recommend this company to anyone who has problems with household appliances. Well-deserved five stars.

Today, I got my Refrigerator broke. I called to the Appliance Savers. They were able to help me at the same day despite the fact that it Friday! Peter was very professional, he find problem fast and was able to fix my refrigerator within single visit! Chris the Service Manager Technician was very knowledgable and effcient identifying the issue with our refrigerator...he ordered the part & installed the part. Got online on Friday to schedule an appointment for a refrigerator leak. Soonest available, Monday 8am - noon! Yay!!! Chris and helper (sorry I forgot his name), called at 10:15 to say they were on their way. Showed up at 10:45. Assessed the problem, had the part on the truck and was able to fix it and be out by 11:30. Quick, friendly service and I would definitely recommend.

Rapid Refrigeration is an excellent company. Someone always answers the phone, even at 9:30pm, and is ready to take care of your problem which was the next day. Both my ac units were not blowing cold. The technician fixed it and also identified and fixed other problems. The cost was incredibly fair and very impressive to my friends. I have used this company for over 15 years and would never change!!

Rapid Refrigeration is definitely number one. Been in Vegas for 30 years and l have delt with a lot of the foodservice repair people. I can truly say they are very reliable. Very efficient. Very customer service oriented. No surprises with the price. I think other service reps could learn a lot from them.

I called for refrigerator repair when they came out they found leaks and corroded water lines. They gave me an estimate which was fair and they returned the next day and completed all repairs. They were prompt and professional and I would highly recommend them for all your repair needs

The Jumpstart appliance team are very effective and responsive. I had many problems with a built in refrigerator, that is not easy to work on. Jumpstart was able to find the problems, fix them and due to the design of the appliance had to get very creative with the solutions. They did an excellent job rerouting lines, finding leaks and even repairing poorly designed hinges. I give them the highest recommendation across the board.

We called JumpStart for repair of our refrigerator. From my initial contact with Georgia, who was professional and very courteous, I could tell I was working with a great business. The technician was prompt in diagnosing the issue. The replacement part came in quickly and the technician was back out in a couple of days to make the repair. I will definitely be using JumpStart for all future appliance repairs.

The relay on my refrigerator went out and I called Appliance Parts Center not only did they have the part that I needed the staff was more than helpful and friendly. They offered a less expensive replacement part and explained exactly what I needed to do to install it. Although I went with the manufacturer part it was still nice of them to offer an alternative less expensive option without asking.

I have to tell ya, I'm not much for reviews. Everyone one we come in contact with these days wants a review. APC however, deserves a review. These guys are so great. Been dealing with them for years. From a trim part for my refrigerator to a complete heater and ac install on my last house. The other day my wife called me late in the afternoon and said vents were no longer blowing cold. Not a call any of us want. It had been sometime since we last spoke but got on the phone to Dr. Don and instantly he still remembered me. With it being later in the day he didn't know if he was able to pull off any magic that day or not and he would call me back. With a little moving things around he was able to get us back up and going within a short amount of time. Nothing of course is ever a guarantee when we as customers have an emergency. This type of old school customer service is nearly unheard of these days and so glad they are out there. Never change APC and I'll be with ya forever... Thanks again for caring about us customers.

I setup an appointment with All Appliance a few weeks ago because my fan was making a loud noise. I was told that a new thermostat was needed and the price was $298. The noise was fixed but then the water and ice wasn’t working. I called back and he ended up coming back out after going back and fourth a few times. Turns out the water in the line was freezing. Preventing ice and water from flowing through. Then I called him back because EVERYTHING in the refrigerator was freezing. He told me to remove some black tape he left on the vent which I did. He said the temp would be normal in 24 hours. A couple days later I told him it was still freezing. I was told “unplugged the refrigerator for 3-5 days” and he would return. Two weeks later I’m still without a working refrigerator. I have to find someone else to come and fix it now. $298 dollars gone and still not fixed. Find someone else to repair your refrigerator. Since they have somewhat good reviews I figured it was a one off but the issue is still not fixed and I have given him plenty of time to resolve it.

My LG refrigerator compressor went out on Saturday. Vitaly Frolov confirmed it was the compressor and stated it would take 5-10 working days to get approval from LG and he had the parts in stock. He quoted us 563.00 for labor, even though the Refrigerator was still under full warranty. I gave him $100.00. He said I should check back in about two weeks. On Monday I went to RC Willey (point of purchase). Within 24 hours my Refrigerator was repaired and fixed. NO CHARGE. Just a compressor, & coil (no mother board required). I called the office on Monday and Tuesday, just a recorder no return call. I called Vitaly on his cell and asked if he got approval? he said " "NO Approval yet". However when I asked for a refund between the service call 59.00 and the advance on the repairs. He said NO he was going to charge me the difference for calling LG, and got mad because I wanted to cancel. BE CAREFUL with this one.

My Samsung refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer side. Vitaly came to my house today & quickly figured out the problem & repaired it. He finished the job in less than an hour. The price was fair. There is a service call fee but if you decide to go with them to fix the problem, they waive the fee. Vitaly was really nice & honest. I highly recommend this company to repair any of your appliances.

Ricardo came out to top off the refrigerant charge on a newly installed split air conditioner system that was installed by Silver State in February. He professionally measure the charge with pressure gauges and temperature differential across the evaporator. Found the system needed more refrigerant. Dialed in the correct charge. And he showed me the results as he was working on it. Great job. Thanks.

My heat wouldn’t turn on when I adjusted my thermostat. I would hear a clicking noise indicating it was on, but the heat wasn’t coming out of my vents. I called Silver State Refrigeration and Eric Sebahar troubleshooted the problem. He discovered my furnace circuit board was malfunctioning and replaced it. I’m really happy and thankful everything is working perfectly now! :) I highly recommend this company! Eric Sebahar was very professional, punctual, and explained everything. Thank you Eric!!

I was recommended Solver state refrigeration by the previous owner of my home. Hands down the best service in LV IMO! The subscription is absolutely worth it. They call me for each season to make sure my house is good to go and every technician has been respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. The technician came to my residence to evaluate my refrigerator. My refrigerator is operating normally. The technician pulled out the refrigerator from the wall. He also looked inside the refrigerator compartment and inside the freezer. The sound that I have been hearing is normal. The technician also replaced the ice and water filter

My older refrigerator crashed overnight. They came out early the next morning, on time! Archi diagnosed several problems and had it running frosty cold the following day. The service was quick, accurate, clean, friendly and the cost was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use or recommended them, especially tech Archi.

The freezer in my Maytag refrigerator was leaking. The technician's name was Brett and he had a helper/trainee with him. They arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The entire freezer component panels were removed, checked, and repaired. Behind the fridge Brett opened up a panel and repaired the part that was plugged up. Extremely thorough, highly trained, professional and personable. The price, for all the time and labor that was put in, was surprisingly affordable.
