Excellent customer service, even after the work was technically finished. My fridge was low on refrigerant, and after going over the options, I chose to try a refill. While that ultimately didn’t solve the problem and I had to replace the fridge, I received honest advice and great support the whole way through. I really appreciated how well I was treated. Repair man came and wanted to charge $650 to tepair the ice maker of my refrigerator. I said no. He said $493 if I get it done now. No, that's a scammer move. I paid the $75 for wasting my time and sent him away. I found the part on ebay for $60 and a video on YouTube help me replace the ice maker in 15 minutes. This company tried to RIP me off. This is not the way to treat customers.
