I called on a Tuesday for our GE double door fridge that wasn’t cooling properly for about two weeks. They fit me in on Thursday and they came over an hour early. Our repair man was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. No upselling of any kind, diagnosed the issue within 3-4mins had the part called in and it was in stock. The defrosted our fridge and made sure the spillage was cleaned up and did not leave one inch of mess which I appreciated. Total time in our home was less than two hours. They were very kind over the phone and very kind to us in person. Their pricing is extremely fair and they explain the pricing of everything done before you pay. They have our new part insured for a year and we can call them for any issue we may have. I was given wonderful instructions on how to let the refrigerator go back to its normal cooling temperatures and given tips to make it run more efficient. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Tim and Holden came out today and did a marvelous job on my sub-zero refrigerator. They were very knowledgeable and great to be around. Such a great experience! I highly recommend!
