Best Refrigeration Repair Companies in Jackson, Mississippi

My refrigerator in my garage stopped working the other day. These guys were quick to fix it, and were surprisingly pretty affordable. I appreciate it!

Mike from Priority Appliance came out today to take a look at a troubled refrigerator I have . he was very polite and friendly and got to business in no time. he carefully looked at the refrigerator and listened to what I told him about our troubleshooting. after a short amount of diagnosing he proposed some options on how to proceed. it seemed the simplest option was to simply defrost the fridge and see what happens when it starts back up. i liked that He gave me some options where I could choose what to do - in this case committing the least amount of time and effort upfront. his basic trip fee seemed reasonable.

Knowledge, courteous and responsive. They got to me within about 24 hours. I liked that I was given options for fixing my refrigerator, including simply going thru a defrost cycle myself first. That seemed to have helped quite a bit and I am not sure I even need to do anything else. Thank you Priority Appliance.

1st and foremost. HUGE Shoutout to the guys who rescheduled a visit after we missed a first one the VERY NEXT DAY. Great person. 2nd. I would have liked to know about the fee for diagnosing said upfront..that'll avoid a lot of miscommunication. But i had no issue personally 3rd. He did just say buy a new fridge.. It wasnt a repair refusal...he did explain it was a dangerous, costly, complicated repair and i understand...I do however wish that if sometimes no repair would be a option that you say that upfront aswell. Cause then it allows us the chance to just save the money and go ahead with maybe just buying a new Fridge. Bout as neutral of a review I can give. With appreciation and constructive criticism for growth. I will give 4 stars though. Because if they miss a call, they will call back and keep it communication as much as possible... and that was something I can't say these types of companies always do.

I was afraid my refrigerator/freezer required major repairs as the motor was making screeching sounds. Turns out it was not that big of a deal. The technician sent was super polite, explained the problem in detail, and resolved it. So appreciate that very much. This was the third time I've used Jackson Appliance Repair Company and have had sick service every time!
