Trying to get through probate and put my loving mother's house in order; I found all of her appliances were broken. It's a difficult time emotionally and I really have been unable to let myself call for help. It's been such a lovely experience since I called Indy Appliance Repair. I called on a Friday afternoon and had service within a couple of hours! The receptionist was extremely professional and got me booked immediately. She was very patient and kind and helped me figure out the model numbers and where they were located on my appliance. Just talking to her got me up and moving. :) Chris phoned to let me know he was on his way with an ETA and I knew he was great from his voice, but how great was the surprise to come. I am so grateful today for these wonderfully kind, patient, and professional people. Chris took a look at the dryer and explained exactly what was wrong. He had it fixed in no time. The whole while he worked, he was explaining what probably broke the piece and how to prevent it from happening again. When I asked him to check my vent he did and told me how to check it myself while using the dryer to keep safe. While we were in the basement he let me know about my second sump pump beeping needing water in the battery before it corroded. I can't tell you how delightful he was to talk to and how zippy fast. He went up to the kitchen and diagnosed my fridge and oven while he was there so I wouldn't have to pay additional service or diagnostic fees the next time he came out. Again, with those repairs he took the time to knowledgeably explain what needed doing and answered my questions. In fact, I have a lot of projects to do, and he seemed to know what to be done or who to call if he didn't. This is the first time I've been so relieved and hopeful that things will be set right since my mother passed. I can't tell you how lovely it is to know we're going to get through this and that any and all of the future repairs are in good hands. Chris went above and beyond what anyone would have done. He even gave me a discount. When I asked about doing something else to the refrigerator, he made sure to explain to me it didn't need anything more done to it. Most guys would have done it just to make a buck. He explained why I didn't need it and that in fact it might offset the good job my fridge was still doing. I was impressed with the honest and above board attention to details. As a woman, I have to tell you I don't always feel safe with a service or repair man coming in to fix things. I was at ease and perfectly safe and knew it from go. He's very bright and cheerful at the same time. As he was leaving, he noticed some heavy boxes had been delivered and he brought them in for me. Charlie was wonderful on initial contact, and came out later that week. He replaced a part on my GE refrigerator that was short cycling. After a few days, I noticed this did not resolve the problem. He courtesly returned at no charge, checked over the refrigerator again, and found no subsequent issue. He was kind and thoroughly explained his diagnosis and review.

Charlie was very helpful in repairing our refrigerator & doing so with the exact amount of info needed to understand the issue. Even with supply chain issues, Charlie was able to deliver a quicker resolution than I anticipated.

Fridge stopped cooling. Was referred to him by another company that was short staffed. Charlie answered my call right away and was able to work on our fridge next day. The stove does not work quite as well, or the ice maker on the refrigerator is not making ice. Who do you call? Nate's appliance repair and HVAC. Fantastic, cost effective, cordial, on-time, and excellent service is guaranteed. Don't think twice, there is no other quite like him! He cares about resolving the issue as much as you do!

DO NOT LET THIS MAN IN YOUR HOUSE!!!!! Would not recommend this repair tech for your needs. Seems very out of his element and extremely slow turnaround time. Had a LG refrigerator that stopped working, he diagnosed a compressor issue and at first he said that he had the compressor then realized that LG's take a completely different compressor. He seemed very confused on our refrigerator, he just kept saying it was different. Luckily the compressor was under warranty and it was shipped properly out. He then came back a week later to install the compressor. However, it was very obvious he didn't know what he was doing. The job took over 2 hours and he kept complaining about his back the whole time and how he shouldn't be working. He blew the circuit in our house twice, every time he plugged the refrigerator back in, and his solder job did not hold up on the refrigerator and it leaked all its coolant killing the compressor. He lied about it and then said it was fixed and it would just take time to cool. The refrigerator started doing the opposite by heating up. When we call him about it the next day, he said he couldn't do it because his back was hurting too much and we said that was unacceptable and we would have to go with someone else and told him that we would be doing a chargeback, another weird thing about this guy, is he only takes venmo which is really unprofessional in my opinion and also very shady. He freaked out on us and said that he was a veteran and that this is uncalled for and it just needs more refrigerant. Not realizing that he completely broke the new compressor that he put in. He became extremely belligerent and started harassing us with text messages until the point that we just had to block him. By the way, all this interaction was caught on our security system so good luck trying to fight this in court because we got you dead to rights. Not to mention how he treated my wife which was completely uncalled for. He definitely thought he could intimidate my wife and get his way. He is just a glorified handyman and does not know what he's doing. He ended up causing more damage to the refrigerator than what was previously wrong with it. The other repair tech that came out said that we were lucky that the whole thing didn't catch on fire. The compressor had to be replaced again and It was recommended that the motherboard be replaced as well since it showed signs of warping from the heat. I would also like to add, that we never signed any service contract with this dude, nor did we ever get a firm quote in writing or even a bill at the end. It was just this is how much it costs send it by venmo. In addition to that, as other reviewers have stated about how he leave the place after finishing In total filth, that is also true. Not only did he track mud, dirt and grease throughout the house, he also left metal shavings, boxes and other debris in my garage. So, this is definitely a fly by night repair man that does not stand behind his work, likes to intimidate women and uses his veteran status as a sympathy card. After having several other repair techs come out and look at the fridge they all determined that it was damaged so badly by Nate that is not worth repairing. Below is a picture of how Nate left the repair job after he said he was done and did a good job. Solder everywhere, pieces left behind, and a hole in the fill line for the compressor. By the way my dude, It's libel not slander when it's written. And it's not slander or libel if it's a honest review with receipts. As I told you before, tell me where I'm lying about any of this.

I call Nate, and talk to him. Nate was very pleasant . The next day Nate was on time . Came right in and went to work on my refrigerator. Nate did not try and act like more was wrong with it than it was. He had the part and it was fix . I will use him again and be referring him to others. Thank you Nate!!

I called Nate about an issue with our refrigerator, and he was incredibly flexible in scheduling a visit at a convenient time for us. As soon as he saw the fridge, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it with ease. He also took the time to explain the issue and how he was going to resolve it, which gave me confidence in his expertise. I’m so glad our realtor recommended him! Had a problem with sporadic water leakage from refrigerator. Midwest responded promptly and advised of needed repair. Follow up call made once part was received and scheduled installation at our convenience. Very professional company to work with. We have found our appliance repair people for all of our appliances.

Lenny was very competent and got our Miele dishwasher running perfectly. He also cleaned the dishwasher filter as well as vacuuming the subzero refrigerator filter. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, clean and prompt. We couldn't be happier.

The serviceman was polite and knowledgeable, however the repair he made (to install a part determined by the extended warranty company) did not fix the problem. The noise the refrigerator was making returned after the serviceman left.

The guy did the job. It was a small task. When we asked him for an opinion about another appliance and if it could be fixed he was rather rude and told us no, it’ couldn’t be adjusted. We were just asking for an opinion and advice and he was very negative. Our refrigerator doors aren’t level. One is higher than the other. We weren’t asking for anything other than advice at that time but he said ‘“that’s the way they come”.

LOOK AT ALL THE RECENT 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! I've used Turner Appliance several times in the last few years, but after my last experience am done with them. They came out to repair my refrigerator on a Friday at lunch, replaced a control board, and when I went to look at it all of the power was off. I tried to call to get someone back out Friday with no response. When I talked with them on Monday they offered to come out Wednesday, to which I said no...someone was out and indicated something they did caused the refrigerator to lose power and that they would do the repair and have the part overnighted. No part and no call Tuesday - talked with the receptionist who promised the manager/owner Rick would call me back this morning (Wednesday) and "make things right". After three calls today, nothing, and their receptionists say they have no way to communicate with him other than give him hand written phone messages because he works in a different building. Still no call back still no refrigerator.

My refrigerator compressor stopped, I presented the problem item to the rep there but actual part was not available. The gentleman presented me with and alternative and installation instructions and viola.. If your having any problem with an appliance make Turner Appliance your first stop..

We had 4 other repair companies come out to try and fix our Jenn-aire professional refrigerator. After spending $1,000+ on repairs that did not work, Brent diagnosed and fixed the first time. Can't recommend him enough.

We have only had the new fridge since Dec 2021 and the fan went out in it. Thomas was AWESOME, he was professional....very polite and WONDERFUL to work with. They came out very quickly figured problem out ordered part came back put it in. I will never use anyone else for our appliances.

Steve who has serviced me 2x on the northside is good. First repaird ny refrigerator fan about 2 years ago. Then this spring replaced a drain piece on my dishwasher. The inly complaint I had was that I had asked the staff who manned the phones to get a message to him about my appliance symptoms and they did not. Cost me $87 to cone to Zionsville and then the repair cost. I will continue to use Turner as ling as Steve is my repair guy. He is middle aged, experienced and really responsible and skilled. Shows up likely about 30 min early.

Andrew Gellinger is awesome. He phoned ahead with his arrival window and arrived a head of time. He was courteous, personable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the control board that Unique ordered before my appointment, so I wouldn't have wait any longer without our refrigerator. One stop and our refrigerator is back alive! Thanks Andrew, you rock!!

I have read the negative reviews regarding this place. Without going into detail my experience with them follows the same negative thread. Two rescheduled service calls the second of which was because the part they ordered was not in yet. Remarkable! Since they had never appeared at my house yet they knew a water valve was the problem with my Frigidaire refrigerator! Plus the first outfit the geniuses at Frigidaire sent out had already replaced the water valve!

Scam !!! If you want to robbed go ahead and call. My fiance made appointment to fix freezer Tech showed up and started taking the inside if the fridge apart stating the problem was a Crack in a plastic panel on inside back wall . Went to his truck brought in wrong part and told us he didn't have the correct part and had to order left us with messed up refrigerator till the following Thursday. Then the tech said I'm sorry I misdiagnosed the problem. That i will have to call Samsung I called a couple times to speak about the problem They told me it was a part they didn't carry call Samsung. I ask for refund and they said No....100% satisfaction and pride in the work...thieves I don't recommend this company Unless you want to just throw 500 dollars away.....they are criminals
