Michael M was very professional. He replaced the handle of our refrigerator. The locking mechanism on the handle of our refrigerator was malfunctioning. He tested the handle several times after replacing it. He was in and out within 10 minutes.

Typical 2024 service company. Terrible customer service, technician's that can't fix the problem, etc. Long story short, bought a new refrigerator and it was broken during delivery (not Sloan). Told to call GE to have refrigerator replaced and this process led me to Sloan. Call them, waited for parts, finally get the part in and it was damaged. Technician wanted to install damaged part, we told them no, had to wait for another part. Part finally comes in, technician comes out to install, admits he had never done this type of repair before, admits he broke something during repair and has to schedule another service visit. We have to wait for the third service visit and parts to get delivered. Finally get our third service, same technician comes out, fixes the refrigerator and leaves. Well, he didn't fix the refrigerator and when my wife called him after checking (about 1 minute after he left) he said he couldn't come back and we needed to make another appointment. Mind you, when he left, we were still in our service window. So, he left with time left on the clock, the problem wasn't fixed, and he didn't come back. So, I called the next day to the company and asked to speak with a Supervisor, in which I was told I would get a call back the same day, that never happened. This was five days ago. So, now I have to pay to have my brand new refrigerator fixed because this company is garbage.
