Best Refrigeration Repair Companies in Green Bay, Wisconsin

A neighbor was looking for a place to get their dishwasher repaired and I recommended Appliance Services. They repaired the ice maker in our fridge 2 years ago and did an excellent job.

Actually, I would give 0 stars!!This is the very worst Appliance service I have ever dealt with!! We have a Whirlpool refrigerator that was less than a year old, under warranty that was having issues with temperature and moisture. The cooling was not uniform, and there was moisture on shelves, bins and sealed containers. Some food was frozen (raw carrots), some spoiled (raw hamburger in a sealed container and raw spinach). The service man came out and checked the temperature in the refrigerator and freezer with an electronic device and ordered a control unit. The same problem still was occurring. The serviceman returned and was going to use an electronic device, which he said was not working, So he called Diamond and was told to leave. The refrigerator is normal, I called Costco, where we bought the refrigerator, as we would be going into their part of the warranty. Their customer service contacted Whirlpool and was told we could have another repairman come from Diamond, but, if nothing wrong we would have to pay. I decided to have a second opinion, so checked services and found a highly rated Mr. Appliance of Green Bay. They did a total diagnostic investigation and found a new sealed system is needed (compressor). I called Whirlpool and was told Diamond would send a "Master technician" to review. The same man (Dave) came checked the temperature again...nothing else! We read him the report and asked him to do a similar diagnosis which meant pulling out the refrigerator, opening the back, etc. He refused! He called Whirlpool and was told do nothing more. This is totally unacceptable! DO NOT use Diamond, if you want a competent refrigerator technician!

I had Whirlpool refrigerator stop cooling while under warranty. The technician came 2 days after placing call checked unit and ordered electronic parts. With 4th of July holiday falling in there the return trip with parts took few extra days. Technician came back with parts, replaced them and explained what to do if service was still needed. The refrigerator is now working great. took a little longer than I would have liked from start to finish, but end result is the most important and it is positive. Another ATTA-BOY for technician.
