Paul did an excellent Job fixing our GE monogram refrigerator. He came, saw the problem, ordered the part and next day in the morning my fridge was repaired. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend appliance repair pro to anyone. They are amazing, legit and trustworthy.

I have had to call My Appliance Repair Pro a few times. They were awesome. So much so when my ice maker seized, I knew who to call. Paul had patience as he heard my saga as to th3 events that transpired. Then he dug in to resolve the problem! I was convinced I would need a new fridge, but Paul went above and beyond, coming out 4 days in a row to get it done! I am happy to report the ice maker is functioning perfectly! I can't thank him and this company enough! Fantastic customer service and just all around good peeps! For repair purposes, I won't call anyone else!

Technician discovered the problem with my Haier French Door refrigerator. It wasn't cooling enough. The problem was the electric motor that sends cool air from the freezer to the refrigerator. Once it was replaced it is now cooling the refrigerator. Great service and a good technician.

Had an issue with an under counter outdoor True refrigerator. Called on a Monday and Tom came out same day. Diagnosed the issue and ordered parts to come to my house. Parts arrived at my house on Tuesday and Tom came out Wednesday to install. Refrigerator now works perfectly. Have used Tiger in the past before this issue and they were just as helpful. I would use them again in the future.

This company was recommended by Spencer's where I bought my refrigerator. I waited five days for the soonest appointment they had. Luckily my refrigerator was still working. Tom was the technician who had 34 years of experience and was GE certified. He ran a diagnostic test telling me what it reported and updated the software. We hope that fixed the problem with the fan motor, but if not, then the price for the software update will be applied to a fan motor repair. The people I talked to on the phone communicated regularly and were very professional.

I will never use them again, i had issues with our Dacor appliances, refrigerator and oven, the tech came and argue with me that the oven working right , even though i showed him it wasn’t . the refrigerator he couldn’t tell me the reason of why it’s off balance and not leveled. he wanted to leave so bad but wanted me to pay him service call. i manage big high end homes operation. i will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

The technicians that came out to repair my refrigerator were friendly and professional. The only challenge was a scheduling delay for a return visit to install the correct part because a tech left. However, their staff communicated the issue and the first tech provided a temporary fix until the new parts (condenser fan and blade) could be ordered and installed so I always had a working refrigerator.

I had Mark take a look at my refrigerator and stove top. He did his diagnostic and gave me honest feedback. He even offered to tell me how to fix my freezer myself if I wanted. I opted to have him fix it and am satisfied with the results. He acknowledged the repair on my stove would be pricey and it may be better to just replace. The whole process took around an hour. He offered to come back for free within 60 days if something went wrong with the repair. Seemed very reasonable.

The icemaker was not working on our refrigerator. Our service tech, Jeff, quickly found the problem and returned when the parts were located. He was extremely thorough, courteous, and professional. We will never use anyone else for our appliance repair.

New whirlpool refrigerator wasn’t cooling or freezing. Called Whirlpool mid April and they scheduled a repair on May 1with Eagle Appliance. The refrigerator was barely cooling and freezing. Called Eagle 1 directly on April 18 and they were here on April 21. Repairs completed. Factory assembly error. Was impressed Charles and the owner. Cleaned up and were very customer focused. Will use again should there be appliance issues.

Charles was very knowledgeable about our Kitchenaid appliances. Both our microwave and refrigerator went out in the same week and they had it up and running the next day. Thank you!

In a world where customer service is a bot or some AI generated response, it was refreshing to speak and actually have someone like Sam go beyond and help me resolve my issue with my refrigerator. It doesn’t stop there. She reached out to Whirlpool to make sure my warranty item was covered. It doesn’t stop there either. The tech Victor ordered the parts and had them installed within 5 minutes. 5 minutes! Are you freaking kidding me?!? What great service from start to finish. Ask for Sam to set you up and then when you get assigned a tech ask for Victor to take care of the job. I couldn’t be more impressed and grateful for those two.

I SO appreciate these guys! Had an issue with my fridge in June. Home warranty company sent out a different company who barely looked at the unit and blew it off (said to unplug the fridge for 2 days then plug if back in...really?). No surprise - fridge had the same issue again this week so had to pay warranty company another service fee. Thankfully they sent A-Quality Refrigeration! They identified the issue right away and got it fixed in no time. Super professional and made sure everything was tidy before they left. Definitely recommend!!

We went through our Home warranty Old Republic Home Services for someone to fix our refrigerator. Usually I am almost always disappointed with who they send out. Not this time. We had to have a new refrigerator fan installed that had to be ordered and I had no expectations as to when it would come in. They came out on a Tuesday and the fan was installed on a Friday. Instead of creating one appointment with one service provider you charged me two deductibles, scheduled two different days, creating unnecessary wasted time for me and Tam was unable to find or fix the issue with my refrigerator. We appreciated the good service and considerationfrom Mark our service repairman. But as the whole experience turned out there was a definte lack of quality customer service with no definitive answers from many calls made while being without a refrigerator for months during the hottest time of the summer. We were unhappy with the end results this time after all the previous years of being a customer of Sears!
