My refrigerator would moan occasionally. Together Ethan, the tech and I sussed out the location to the motor area in the freezer. Sure enough, a small hose near the motor was pierced and leaking water and created an ice sculpture. He ordered the needed parts and quickly repaired the ice maker much faster than he had estimated so he reduced my bill based on the time spent. Great company!

We were not aware of a class action suit against LG regarding bad compressors! This was the cause of the demise of our "youthful" appliance. Once all new parts were in hand, Randy took it from the there. Within a couple of ours, Randy had upgraded our Refrigerator/freezer with the new replacement parts.
