Technician came in mid december to evaluate refrigerator (charges $89). They said they need to order part and it is going to take one week to receive it and come back to fix refrigerator. Charged i belive $160 as deposit. After 2 weeks waiting, i called them, they said if they do not receive the part they will return deposit. Never did. After several calls over several months basically they were saying they will return the deposit. Now is the middle of March no returned deposit.

I had an old refrigerator that suddenly stopped chilling right before the start of the holidays. I was in need of an immediate fix and located Dars in a local guide to good services. I phoned and they came to me the next day to examine my problem. My serviceman said he would have to locate a new condenser and get back to me within 24 hours and did, even though it was a Sunday. Unfortunately he said, my refrigerator was no longer serviceable for that part. The quick reply in both instances enabled me to search for a new unit before the crush of the holiday season began. thanks to their rapid, courteous serviceman.

He answered all my questions and even turned us one to a great product to clean the SS. Very respectful and easygoing personality with a great sense of humor. Had a side by side refrigerator that the ice maker stopped working. Apparently three wires at the bottom of the freezer door broke. Looking at the internet I thought the only solution would be to replace the entire door. Instead the tech said he could fix it by reconnecting the wires. It would not be guaranteed but should work for a while. He did the fix and we have ice once again. Less than $200 fix. I will use them again in the future.

ice maker stopped working. I needed a new one. Even though I thought it was expensive, considering the age of my refrigerator, I decided to go through with it. Bill ordered the parts, which arrived within a couple of days. He installed the new ice maker and water valve and it now works.
