I have a Refrigerator/Freezer in a rental property that stopped cooling. I called A & B to check it out and give me an estimate to repair it. Chester worked around the tenant's work schedule. After being out of town for a week, I came home to a refrigerator that wasn't cooling. With no hope of getting anyone to answer my call, I called A & B. Not only did he answer, but came out on a rainy Saturday, immediately diagnosed the problem, HAD THE PART ON HIS TRUCK!, and fixed my fridge then and there! He was very polite and cleaned up as he worked, basically saving our weekend. The charge for parts and repair was way less than I anticipated. My refrigerator tried to become a stove, by running warm temperatures. But my stove wasn't happy with the competition 😕. So before all my refrigerator foods became Spoiled, I looked up J&H Refrigerator specialist. They responded immediately, assessed the cause of the malfunction, gave an estimate, and we were on our way. Justin really worked long and hard to fix the confused refrigerator, finally gave it a good talking to, and after a lot of 🤬 cursing, etc. It finally was expertly repaired. I have had sears home service on my appliances for almost a year. My refrigerator started having issues freezing up and leaking since March 2024 and I still have the same issue and went into refrigerator not getting cold. That’s after approximately 10 repairs on it and now have been waiting on a repair or replacement decision for over 2 months. First told a month ago would replace and then changed their mind and set up appointment to fix and never showed up. Now waiting again for long time again for a decision to replace unit. It’s been 8 months since I started having problems and still no refrigerator that works properly. Now on my range first glass door cracked and the replaced. But then the same door would not stay open and pulled real hard to shut after repair. The tech found hinges bent and a moulding damaged by tech. Replaced those parts and still no fix , still closes hard. Can’t get anyone to come back out and fix issue as of now. Now last but not least my dishwasher started leakin 1 month ago still waiting for a tech to be scheduled to come check out.
