On Labor Day HOLIDAY I gave him a call and within ONE HOUR he came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot!!! WOW!!! Who does that??? My refrigerator freezer door wouldn't close to seal. I described the problem during the phone call and he said he had expected to see a faulty hinge (high dollar item) that needed replacement. After seeing it though he said the frame looked racked and deducted that the original installers (4 years ago) had issues moving it in. BINGO! That was exactly the case. Thinking we were possibly facing MAJOR $$$ issues, he then proceeded to try some very creative leveling and adjustments to mitigate the problem. As if by magic, the door then perfectly aligned, tight seal, problem solved, at very reasonable price. And PERSONABLE, too. I don't think I have ever been more impressed with any repair company then I am with Natural State appliance repair. What absolute honesty! I found water pooling behind my refrigerator and apparently it was a natural process of defrost and condensation. David, my service technician explained everything to me in detail and educated me on how the refrigerator works. We had our LG refrigerator quit working after only 4 years (this is apparently a feature 'built-in' to LG's). Natural State came out for the service call. Braden was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and ran down all of our options - even those that did NOT involve us using Natural State to fix the problem. In the end, Braden showed us that it was probably more economical to just get a new refrigerator and to contact LG and see if they would fix our existing one at their expense (because LG is being sued for the issue....a second time). That is an honest repair service. We will use Natural State again without hesitation if we have another appliance problem.
