Jordan was my tech. He is knowledgeable and able to detect the problem in a timely manner. He can explain the problem in layman terms, as well as let the customer know how the repair will proceed when parts need to be ordered. He was through and left all neat and clean. This was on my refrigerator.

My elderly mother called for service on her refrigerator. She gave the scheduling secretary the make and model of the refrigerator and told her the refrigerator was icing up. When the technician arrived, she pulled the refrigerator out, and attempted to take back off, which was frozen to the refrigerator. She then said that they can't get parts for that make and model refrigerator, anyway, and can't fix the frost problem, but she still charged for the call. When my wife messaged the shop's Facebook page asking why they didn't tell the truth about not being able to fix a defrost problem (they knew the problem, the make, and model prior to the appointment), the owner of the shop blocked her, so I called and asked that the owner call me, but we haven't heard back. Save yourself some frustration and find a reputable repair shop!

Avoid at all costs. Had a freezer that was not working. Technician came out looked at it and now the refrigerator or water dispenser no longer works. So basically I paid $89(which I will be getting back) to have someone come out and make the appliance worse off and spoil $300 in groceries. When they called on the phone and asked about it lady on the phone didn’t seem to concerned or apologetic about it. They claim the freezer not working is why the refrigerator is not working, but that is funny because the refrigerator was working just fine for two weeks until they came out and messed it up.
