Calling Pinales appliance to fix an issue with my refrigerator was the best thing I ever did. The fridge wasn't cooling down. Jorge fixed our problem immediately. Before he left, we told him about an issue that the ice maker had not been working for the past 3 years and 2 other appliance "repaimen" couldn't fix it. Jorge looked at the ice maker and in no time at all, had the ice maker running!!! I highly recommend Pinales, Appliance especially Jorge. They were fast, on time, professional and very knowledgeable!!

I realized Sunday that my freezer wasn't freezing anymore - the ice cubes had all melted. I set up my appointment online on Monday for Wednesday & got a call from Charlie on Monday to go over the issue. He was here on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the compressor & got everything working normally again. I couldn't have been more pleased. I would recommend him and I will definitely use him again if I have any issues with my refrigerator in the future.
