When my refrigerator was not keeping cool under the el paso hot day, I called like over 10 repair shop. I explain this is kind of emergency but still get scheduled like two days later or next week. Billy was the last one that I called, and he said "Yes Ma''am, I will go at 11am", and he explained to me clearly what would charge me and what would happen if the brand he couldn't handle. Then he showed up on-time. In two days I had my refrigerator fixed and back to cool. On the same day, I showed him my broken dishwasher and garbage disposal. He first tried if he can fix, then after that we need to replace some elements. I definitely want to recommend Billy to El Pasans. He is very reliable and service is great and charge is very reasonable. Thank you, Billy.

$575 for a refrigerant service on a fridge is ridiculous. A leak detection test, repair or small welding, and 4 oz of Freon is not worth all of that money. Just got one of their competitors to do the job for less than 200, with warranty. George is a nice guy, very respectful, but this company is silly for this price. Their diagnostic fee is lower than most, but make sure you shop around before you commit to this company. EDIT: The following day I had said competitor come check out my fridge. A proper test was done that did not cost me nearly the price of a new fridge, and it is now up and running. I wasted $55 dollars to have a sub par technician from this company and his helper try to scam me out of money. Luckily I am mechanically inclined and knew what George told me was ridiculous. Just a word of advice George, hooking up your gauges to a machine is not a proper diagnosis of a leak. There was more you could've done to diagnose the problem without having to put dye in the system and done multiple trips as you say. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT use this company.

Was very fortunate they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in. I didn't have an immediate need to fix my refrigerator, just happened to work out. Very professional when scheduling and at time of service. Were transparent of what was wrong and how to fix it. Will most definitely keep them in my contacts for future reference.

Recently had a technician from this company visit to check out our samsung fridge that wasnt cooling to see what was the issue, paid 55$ to have a check to see what the problem was. The techinician said it was the main board and wanted 400$ to fix it. I thought it was the compressor because it showed obvious signs. Decided to contact samsung for the warranty and had a technician show up from samsung and i was right. He mentioned it was the compressor. So basically I almost spent 400$ on a repair that wasn’t just wrong but wasn’t needed, most likely would’ve charged me for more repairs. PS: my fridge is working perfectly now, the Samsung technician fixed it the same day and is working great, utilize your warranty before going to a technician it will save you money.

Recently a SEAR'S technician came to repair our Kenmore Elite refrigerator. After several attempts and parts, the technician said he was ABSOLUTELY sure the refrigerator was working. He checked everything thoroughly. He finally stated...its working 100%... The technician took pride in his work.....THANK YOU!!!!....… I just wish the CALL CENTER and SCHEDULING was as good as the technician. Hector Luna El Paso, TX

SEAR'S Home Warranty is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE don't buy it. October 8, 2024 Technician Rogelio showed up.... didn't do diagnosis on refrigerator said outlet wasn't good...electrician came and outlet was good. Another technician came, said compressor was bad all along. Today November 4, 2024, technician was to have shown up....A NO SHOW.....NO Alert or notices.....ONE MONTH LATER.....We Still don't have a refrigerator!!!!....Looking for legal assistance to help us with this matter AND A NEW REFRIGERATOR. EL PASO, TEXAS

A tech by the name of Roger completed the repair on my refrigerator. He was very friendly and professional.

E square repair came to my house the same day I called. The charge was $ 75 for the service call. Which is a little high in my opinion but I thought I was paying for quality. The repairman misdiagnosed the issue with my refrigerator. He sent me an invoice for just over $800 to replace the compressor. The invoice was not same day but in-fact days later. I had modern appliance repair come out the next day. He diagnosed it was the relay. They would replace the relay for $200 with no service charge since I am doing the work with them. The relay is replaced the refrigerator is working great and Im glad I didn’t do my work with them. E squares is either incompetent and doesn’t know what they are doing or knew it was the relay and wanted to overcharge. Either way it’s damming

This cautionary tale of a malfunctioning fridge is one that stretches for two plus months. They responded relatively quickly the first time around and came out to check the fridge. They notified us with a few steps, including turning the fridge off and waiting for the parts (a thermostat and a defrost sensor) to come in, ("parts" that's important later). They state it would be until about Wednesday of the following week for the parts to arrive. To this point it is no big deal. Wednesday comes and no response from the company. I call them multiple times throughout the week only to finally get a response on Friday, about 10 calls later. They schedule an appointment for the following week. By this point it has been nearly three weeks of a fridge not working. The next technician comes as expected but brings only one part. I tell him that we had paid for two parts. He's confused and calls the company to clarify. They tell him it was only one part that was to be installed. After another week of the exact same issues persisting, I call them back and ask for them to come back out to see what the issue is. The original technician comes out to check it. Him and I communicate about the two parts....two....that we had spoken about the first time. As it turns out my memory was correct. He installs the part and directs me to disconnect the fridge for half an hour. I do, and I think everything is good. Fast forward another week and it's still not any different than when I first called the company. Needless to say my family had been getting sick due to the food not being properly cooled and us not knowing that it still wasn't working as it should. When I find out it's still not working properly I call them back to repair it once more. They say they'll be at the house on Monday. Monday comes and they don't show up. My girlfriend missed work to be there and there wasn't any courtesy to be prompt. She calls them and they agree to refund us for the parts. I say they can even have the fridge and the parts if they agree to the refund. I've still been calling them back each week since we bought a new fridge, which is now three weeks. *Edit: Below, the owner has stated they've reached out to us, and as I write this, we have not received any call, refund, etc.

We have a policy through Lowe's Protection Plan, our refrigerator broke 9/23 and we scheduled services for that following Monday. The company then called to reschedule us for the following day, 9/26. Upon arriving at our home the technician stated he was unable to repair our unit. However, it has been almost a week and Lowe's is saying they have yet to receive any paperwork from the repair company and we are still without a refrigerator. If I had my choice of repair services I would not choose E-Square Services, because they clearly lack a genuine ability to deliver on their expectations.
