When I had to phone back later to reschedule, the gentleman I spoke with at the office was understanding of my schedule. When he showed up for the repairs, the man worked quickly and effectively. He gave my refrigerator's freezer compartment new life. He knew what he was doing and could refit the parts that were needed because they were out of production.
