The appliance technician, Hector, was very knowledgeable about the problem. Other companies that I called wouldn't even consider working on a Kenmore refrigerator. He repaired the refrigerator without the need for parts or a second trip.

Victor, the service technician, texted me he was on his way, was on time, and provided a very thorough inspection of my unit. He discussed what the issue was and how to fix the problem. He answered all my other questions. I would do business again with Interstate Refrigeration.

Interstate Refrigeration & Air Conditioning went above and beyond to make us feel valued. They were attentive and responsive from start to finish, providing updates continuously on the status of parts that had been ordered. Dean and Conner, their installation team, were extremely professional and polite. They worked hard to install the new unit and did an awesome job cleaning as they went. Overall, I'm very impressed and would happily do business with them again.

My AC went out and this company was sent out to do some repairs. After it was all said and done I was told it would be an additional $600 to fix my AC on top of the $500 I had already spent. After declining the repairs, a new company came out MONTHS later after not having any AC and the issue was the fuse. Not the blower fan and motor like this company had suggested. They had already been to my residence several times to “fix” the issue. I am a disabled veteran and these are the type of people we have taking advantage of us. I will never in a thousand years recommend Interstate Refrigeration and Air!!

Albert came out to my rental property today to look at the LG Fridge that was not cooling. He advised me about a class action suite regarding the compressor on LG refrigerators and to check on this before having him replace the compressor or buy a new fridge. Albert was very professional and went above and beyond to help me get the repair I needed for free.

Very unprofessional, rude and could not diagnose the problem. Told us that we just needed a new refrigerator, but couldn’t tell us why? Also, was told that the fridge needed Freon and that because it’s a self contained unit (cannot add Freon) we would just have to buy a new one? Well, interesting enough, that is far from the problem when the fridge is cooling and the freezer is at 29 degrees- if the fridge needed Freon then it wouldn’t be cooling. Paid $69 for his time but not for a real reason or dignities. I additionally called the manager/owner and he was also very rude and condescending- said if we needed Freon that he COULD do that but this was not offered by the technician. We’ve had a similar problem with our refrigerator (this was my Mother’s) and when we tried to discuss what we had been experiencing, he basically cut us off and said he would let us know what the diagnosis was. Still not resolved but will not Waste anymore time on a company that does not care about his customers. He should be ashamed of taking money from an elderly woman and for a service he didn’t perform.

I strongly recommend Arrow Appliance Repair. Albert solved a challenging issue with my refrigerator. He did not give up until he found the problem.
