This company was a waste of time! Two technicians were sent out at different times. Both techs assured that it was the compressor. The refrigerator only lasted a few days. Now they are telling us, it was misdiagnosed and we’d be responsible for the cost of parts. I could go into details but I’m so livid right now! JUST DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!! Edit: If the job was done right the first time, there would have been no need for all these additional visits to “diagnose” the problem. So once again, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE. Just read all of the other reviews. EVERYBODY can’t be lying on this company!!!

Not helpful unless you keep calling over and over and then when they finally send someone they don’t understand what you are saying due to language barriers….Finally after a month for the item fixed and had to demand someone come as we couldn’t use the freezer for a month! Person who came didn’t follow instruction sent as to where to enter due to disabled individual. 4 text messages were sent to him with instructions which apparently didn’t or couldn’t be understood. I just hope nothing else breaks as this was a horrible experience for a brand new 2000 refrigerator. Lg was not helpful either !

this is now the 4th time out to repair the refrigerator since 9/16/21. Taking 7 weeks to never fix it is outrageous, took 2 tries to fix a stove that had a simple element burned out in addition to the refrig issue. No contact when called to ensure tech was coming out. Hope they arrive and fix the refrigerator today or ive spent 4 hour wait for nothing.

American home shield contacted them to fix my freezer. The guy came out and looked and asked how long the issues was going on for and we told him about a week, so why on earth did he put that it was preexisting at time of purchase???? This caused by warranty to not cover it. The fridge worked totally fine at purchase!!!! Also when he was done the freezer light stopped working. The light worked at time of service and when tech left light never came back on. Displeased
