Refrigerator went on Saturday night. The tech came on Sunday morning and diagnosed the issue. Part came in early, the tech contacted me to come earlier than planned. Very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. I thought the repair costs were responsible as well.

Honest and extremely knowledgeable. I had googled the problem, ordered a 'umiversal' part and thought I could do it. Turns out my refrigerator doesn't even have a start relay! Talked with Quick Appliance Part on the phone, told him the symptoms, he said it was the Damper that was making the noise. I wiggled it and it is fine. Talk about an honest and knowledgeable man!! I would like to thank Steven for contacting me back so quickly. I woke up this morning to a puddle of water from the ice machine and a full freezer of food thawed out. My guess would be the compressor has gone bad. I emailed Midlands Appliance around 2pm and saw that they closed at two. I figured that I wouldn’t hear back from anyone until Monday. Not the case! Steven called me and unfortunately he does not work on LG refrigerators. However, he was very helpful in recommending several local companies that do. He also recommended for me to cal LG which I never thought of. I say this is exceptional customer service.

Brandon was great. He helped us find our second A/C unit upstairs that was hidden! And identified the problem with the lack of air flow. He solved our issues and thankfully saved us money. He really went above and beyond looking for other potential problems...even crawling around our crawl space in the basement. I definitely recommend Wilson's Refrigeration& Air!

Walter really saved me time and money through his expertise and willingness to help. I had previously had another repair technician from a different business come out to look at my refrigerator which was running warm, and it was diagnosed as a failed compressor. The technician said he ordered a new compressor, but a week later he informed me the part was on backorder and could not be procured. Without a refrigerator for over a week now, I started calling other refrigerator repair companies. After providing the compressor and refrigerator part #s, all of them recommended I purchase a new refrigerator rather than paying over $700 to replace the compressor and refill the freon. Last call was to Walter, and he immediately cautioned me about replacing the entire compressor. He diagnosed over the phone as a likely starter failure. Though he was booked up, he came out on his weekend to take a look and after taking inspecting the compressor, he held firm to his believe that the issue was simply with the starter. He ordered the part, was back in a couple days, and fixed the issue for a fraction of the price of what I was facing whether I replaced the compressor or the entire refrigerator. Highly recommend!

Charged me over $300 to change my refrigerator filter which ultimately wasn’t the problem. Brought back a plug to stop my filtration and said it was a fix for now. Back to no ice and low water and out all of my money.

I called Sears Home Services Appliance Repair to have a repairman come out to fix my LG Refrigerator because it was not freezing or cooling. They gave me an appointment 11-7-24, and the repairman came out and ran a diagnostic test and said it needed a fan. He ordered the fan and it's part (cost under $50), and charged me $515.00. He said the refrigerator should work fine. The next day it was NOT WORKING FINE, so I called again and they let me talk to Alex a technician to troubleshoot the problem. He said it would take 24 to 48 hours and the refrigerator should be working. After two days it STILL WAS NOT WORKING, and I called again. They gave me an appointment for 11-11-24. At 8:11am on that appointment date, they sent me a text message saying my appointment was cancelled. I immediately called them to find out why they cancelled my appt. Alex told me that in the computer the repairman said my refrigerator was working fine. I told him my refrigerator still wasn't freezing or cooling and they had not fixed it. This is the worst service and cooperation with a customer I have ever seen. I want a refund because they just took my money with no decent service at all.

Beware!!!!While the tech was nice and professional enough. You wait all day. Integrity and honesty is definitely lacking. The diagnostic fee supposed to be $109 was in all my appt paperwork. I was charged $129. I was shown an estimate of over $1500 for refrigerator repair but was not provided anything in writing or by email. When I looked over my receipt the Tech charged me for labor instead of diagnostic but nothing was fixed, he wrote that I declined an estimate for the compressor (which was not true) because the estimate he showed on his phone was a list of various parts totaling over $1500 but never gave a written or emailed estimate. Customer Service was nice enough but they are dishonest too. Where is the integrity and honesty anymore. Most times I call someone for a home repair they are never honest, always trying to overprice, half do the job or to lazy to do the job. Read multiple forums for reviews. I later saw the same complaint on a Better Business Website about this company. Lucky they only beat me out of $20 extra.
