They have fixed a dryer, a refrigerator ice machine and most recently my Jennair oven. Omar has been outstanding with his work and a pleasure to deal with. The freezer drawer on my refrigerator would only open part way. I was given a window of time for the repairmen to arrive, and they got here just before the end of that time. I had a doctor's appointment in the suburbs, so I was anxious for them to finish, and they fixed the problem quickly. However, when I got home I found the problem had actually worsened; I couldn't even open the freezer drawer. Fix It Guy sent a repairman the next morning, who again fixed the immediate problem. Or so I thought. But then it recurred. and Fix it Guy sent two men to work on it the following work day (a Monday) Today is Wednesday and it seems fixed. But I trust them to keep at it if it continues to be a problem.

Nothing was done and we were charged $85 for it. We were asked to give a detailed description of the refrigerator and what was wrong with it. This gave us the impression that the technician would be bringing parts, as we also had to set aside a whole afternoon for this. A technician came out and basically said "Yeah, it's not working". Apparently we will be receiving an estimate at some point.

Extremely poor service. The goal of this company is only to charge you a service charge and not to fix the issue. I would advise you choose another company. The technician was very late. They informed me I needed to replace the entire refrigerator and misdiagnosed the issue. I called another technician who found out what the issue and all I needed was Freon, not a whole new cooler.
