My 2012 Samsung refrigerator decided to go on strike and work intermittently. The guys came out and determined it needed a new control board. Unfortunately, once we got the control board, we figured out we also needed an inverter board. All in all, it took about a week to get the refrigerator back to 100%. I was kept up to date on what was needed and a tech was available the same day parts arrived. Service was great and the communication will make me a repeat customer.

Buyer beware!!! They came to repair my refrigerator, identified the problem and required payment to order parts. When he came back to install parts he said he misdiagnosed the problem. He said he was too busy to take part back out which takes 3 minutes, was going to come back next day. Over the next 4 weeks I got excuses like broke down car, the bank dropped me because I am a risk so I can't refund your money etc. Never would come back to get parts or refund money and has blocked me from calling him. This business is complete scam!! Sorry to hear that. I get a refund and I will delete.

Our refrigerator ice maker quit working. We called one company and they gave us an appointment for 2+ weeks out. I found this company, gave them a call and got an appointment the same day. I’ll admit that made me wonder why he wasn’t busier but we gave him a shot. Matthew was very professional and explained how he was testing the ice maker motor. He said it was getting worn out(which sounded right since it kept quitting on us). He gave us a reasonable quote and came back 4 days later and installed a new one and it’s working great now. He made sure to shake our hands and thank us on the way out. We had a great experience and would definitely use him again!

Incapable of or unwilling to work on restaurant grade equipment. They do residential OK. Don't have the equipment or licensing to deal with freon.

Very nice and professional. Came and replaced the LED lights in our refrigerator and freezer. Will definitely use A+ Charlie's again!

My refrigerator is fixed and working nicely in 1.5 weeks since calling, 2 weeks before any other service people could even come. When I called I had an appt. the very next day, and Charlie even came the day I called! He told us to thaw out the iced up freezer vent and we got rid of the very annoying noise. Initially, I did have to call them to see where we were in the repair process, but after that, they called me often. I also feel like he tries to save you money, only repairing what is necessary. I appreciated their prompt response and how quickly they got the part and put it in.
