Matt was fast and responsive to our service request! He came out to assess the refrigerator and returned about a week later once the part came in. He was respectful and wore a mask into our home without us having to ask. After he replaced the part the refrigerator didn’t seem as cold. We were heading into Memorial Day weekend and called on a Friday morning, not expecting to be serviced until after the long weekend. Matt was so helpful and came at the end of his workday Friday and immediately fixed the problem. He said he didn’t want to leave us hanging on a holiday weekend. A+ customer service, we are so pleased with this work!!

Matt came out to see why my refrigerator wasn’t working and within minutes he located the problem and my refrigerator was up and running. Matt is very knowledgeable and very professional. He will definitely be my go to company for all of my repairs.

I stayed out of the way while the gentleman worked. He was very friendly, respectful, genuine, honest, courteous, and efficient. He wasted no time getting right to work on my refrigerator and even put the fan back on that my husband must have accidentally knocked of when he vacuumed it. He explained the issue (a than the fan being of), and suggested I wait a good 24-48 hours to put food on it to be sure that the repair he did was the only issue. I don’t know of anyone offering advice like this, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. I will and would recommend Master Tech Appliance Care to anyone who needs appliances repaired. We called Matt late last Thursday afternoon (yes, the Thursday before July 4th Holiday) when we discovered our refrigerator had sprung a leak!! Matt responded quickly and fixed the problem so we could still keep our holiday weekend plans!!

My refrigerator thermostat went out on a Monday, and I called Max. He came the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and repaired my frig in 2 days. Great service for a reasonable price. I will use his service again and highly recommend him.

Have used this repair service 2 times . Once a few months ago for our side by side by side kenmore pro refrigerator/freezer and once just this week for our built in Kenmore advantium pro microwave . They respond to call immediately and both times work was completed very quickly to call and with a time to come and do the repair . The refrigerator could not be repaired the same day of service as a part had to be ordered which was overnighted and repaired the following day , the microwave was fixed the same day . They are prompt , professional, fair pricing and your appliances can be back working without the usual 1-2 week wait with Sears or other big service providers. Highly recommend and will use again if needed .

Received great service on my Sub Zero refrigerator. The technician was exceptional, very friend, professional and knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable with the refrigerator, answered all my questions and was fixed quickly.

Was told someone would come out to repair my refrigerator 2 days after I called. Then was called to say they have to order a part so it would be the following week. This was without ever laying eyes on it. They texted me several times to ask me questions about the refrigerator. I answered every question. The day of the appointment (one week after it broke), the repairman called at 4:15. He asked me what was wrong with the refrigerator! He then told me that it would cost between $1500 and $2000 to repair. I was livid because the person I spoke to before, who said they were ordering a part, told me the repair would most likely be $300. In the days leading up to the appointment, they repeatedly tried to sell me some kind of insurance plan for all my appliances. I said no each time. Long story short, I bought a new refrigerator which cannot be delivered for 4 days. If someone had been upfront with me from the beginning, I would have already had a refrigerator installed. LESSON LEARNED.

They could not fix my refrigerator. Parts were no longer available. Now am in the process of getting a new refrigerator. Sears did give me a $1500 credit towards a new one since I purchased the Master Protection Agreement. We'll see how that turns out. I just made a selection of my new refrigerator today. Waiting for Sears response.

Made an appointment to have a technician look at my refrigerator and specifically stated that I would not be home until after 4pm. CS rep said that was fine even though the window was 1pm-5pm, and that he would add special instructions to come later. Technician then showed up at my house at 2pm and said he didn’t get any special instructions. Waste of my time. The technician I spoke to was at least decent and this wasn’t his fault anyways. He did say he would see if he could get back my way later though and then never called or answered his phone. Just find a local technician and don’t bother.

Appointment 1 scheduled 8a-12p…by 6pm, after calling every hour after 12pm no one showed, no explanation, rescheduled. Appointment 2 scheduled 8a-12p… called every hour after 12pm, told tech would arrive in 20 minutes, 4pm received a call, the tech never came to work. Appointment 3 scheduled 8a-12p… tech shows at 9a, works on fridge and gets it running, bags tools and leaves without talking about the service. I inspect and have all the trash left behind, not cleaned up and extra screws. Extra screws!!? Pulled out the fridge and the back panel is bent up (pictures below). It is cheaper and less frustrating to buy a new fridge than use this service.
