He was prompt with my repair request, took the time to introduce himself and explain the issue, and left me feeling completely confident that even if he couldn’t repair the refrigerator due to its own defects that the issue would still be remediated. He’s super cool! (Pun-intended) Would highly recommend!

I had an issue with my GE refrigerator's filter installation and ice maker on/off switch. Josh, the technician, speedily had my filter installed and a new ice maker unit ordered. He was very personable and explanatory given the importance of working appliances, especially a fridge. Overall, the appointment was an efficient and productive time.

Jason has been servicing our appliances,(refrigerator, washer and dryer) for over 4 years and he has been a joy to have in our home. He is honest, reliable and basically has worked miracles on our very old appliances. I highly recommend him. He is a favorite on Lookout Mountain.

He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable with my GE Refrigerator installation. We purchased a GE Refrigerator back in November 2023 from Lowe’s and it’s started to make a LOUD buzzing noise. It would wake us up at night. It was absolutely awful! Great service both times they came out. my refrigerator was not working. The thermostat was out Dima who is the first servicemen to come out,. He assessed the issue and he stayed a little longer to defrost all of the ice buildup in the freezer. The second service man who came out was Josh. He put in the thermostat , he was very efficient and he did not take long at all. Both me and we’re nice and professional. I was impressed that it did not take long for them to get the parts needed for the refrigerator.

Roger came and fixed my refrigerator and freezer. He did a wonderful job and was very professional. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone.

They made a repair to my refrigerator. Had to replace a part from the factory that I think was a problem with the design. Refrigerator acted up again later. They came back and fixed it without an additional charge. Again I feel like this whole problem was with the design and not their repair. Would use them again for sure

I had big problem with my refrigerator. The defrost quit working, frost and ice built up and completely shut it down. I had an issue with my refrigerator. Lee company was able to get to me the next day despite it being in between Christmas and New Years. The gentleman who came out notified me he was on his way. He was very friendly and knew what the problem was right away. He fixed it quickly and the price was fair. They also take many forms of payment. I will definitely use them again.

So happy with this company and our technician, Scott. Repaired our 16 year old refrigerator for very reasonable cost. Saved us from $1600.00 + replacement cost and 6 to 8 week wait for new unit. Highly recommend Lee Co for integrity in doing business. Called 6 other repair companies, no one able to help or willing to do business in Rutherford county even though their online ad states they are local.

Great professionalism and customer service. Patient and explained, when asked, why the problem happened and how it would be fixed. (Build up of ice in freezer and not cooling in refrigerator). Very knowledgeable and it was appreciated. Only problem was that an appointment was made for one day then it was unexpectedly cancelled but was able to get the next day fortunately. I understand problems happen. They were prompt for appointments. Would use service again if needed. A+

This company is terrible and I've been told they only hire technicians who can't get hired anywhere else. They replaced the compressor in my refrigerator twice, and each time it broke the day after replacement. The third time the compressor broke, they denied fault and said they wouldn't do anything about it. I had a technician from a different company come out and look at it, and he said that the compressor was improperly installed. There's no way to get in touch with a supervisor or manager at Sears, so a lot of wasted time and money later, I still have a refrigerator that doesn't work.
