I have a Whirlpool Quad door refrigerator.. I’m NOT seeing good things/ reviews about this type refrigerator - it’s a fairly new type of refrigerator.. Billy came and assessed the problem ; not cooling on top which is refrigerator part but cooling on bottom ( freezer part).. Mr Billy had my refrigerator fixed when he left.. Great Service , Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous..

Refrigerator not cooling properly. After checking it out found the door was not completely sealing letting air to create moisture inside. Also the opening between freezer and fridge had some ice causing it to not properly close. Cleaned the opening and realized door. Everything working good now.
