My refrigerator broke. I called and spoke to their receptionist, whom was very friendly. Their diagnostic price was reasonable, but they didn't have anything available till the following Wednesday from 8:00 to 10:00. I agreed to wait. The following Tuesday, the day before my appointment, they called and changed my appointment time. Then, at 6:45 a.m. on the day of my appointment, they called and said they couldn't come out until the following week. When your freezer is broken, and you've waited almost a week to get in, I think it's very unprofessional to call the day of the appointment and cancel, and make someone wait for another week. Sam's Appliance in Carson City is even nicer, more reasonable on the diagnostic price, and was able to come within a day.

My AC died right before summer just as things started to heat up. Talk about making a stressful situation easy. I called all counties and Kray was here the next day. He was great to work with, answered all my questions easily and we quickly figured out what I needed. It took me a couple days to get the funds together but the second I did I called All Counties back and let then know, they set up an appointment and within a matter of days I had a new AC and furnace. I talked to two other major HVAC companies before finding All Counties. The were both nearly twice as expensive and talking the their techs was more like talking to a car salesmen. Talking to Kray was like talking to an an old, he told it to you straight and never tried to BS me or over sell me. Not only is my house wonderfully cool now but he also saved me thousands of dollars. If you need HVAC work done All Counties Refrigeration is, in my opinion, the only option.

Estimate of 1400 plus dollars dor a compressor gone bad. Refrigeratoe still didnt cool to require temperature. So I called the guy back to come checl again they gave me an added quote sying that when the compressor was fixed he didnt know that the thermal expansion valve was bad. After he put the new compressor in and i quote 'i couldnt justify me sitting an hour to check if there was anything wrong after the compressor was replaced. But no problem saying heres rhe 2nd quote to replace the txv of another 1400. No thanks

I wanted a refrigerator so I stopped by Sam's. He had a branded knew one, I said I would take he said 500.00. Let's go write up the invoice. I said can I call someone to load it for me. I just live down the road my boyfriend could be here in 10 minutes well he wrote up the invoice. He told me no. He wanted me to pay and come back another day an get the refrigerator. I said than I don't want to pay for it if I can't take it home today.. I didn't want to play games trying to pick up my refrigerator. Than Sam told me that same refrigerator would be 600.00 next week. I just said thank you for your time. I don't recommend Sam's appliances to anyone. Don't waste your time or Sam's.
