I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt compelled to because of the excellent service that the company and DJ provided to me. I called DJ on a Friday afternoon because my refrigerator wasn’t cooling much, he called me back and showed up at my property on Saturday morning! He was diligent, professional and honest. With very little knowledge about refrigerators, he could have said/upsold anything, and I would have believed it. DJ was honest and told me my refrigerator had no mechanical issues, and provided tips on how to allow cool airs to flow, position the refrigerator because it was sitting on the top floor of an apartment, which gets really hot during the heat wave. Overall, i am really grateful for DJ and this company!

Terrible. I waited 3 weeks for a repair. My LG refrigerator still not fixed. Freezer does not freeze & refrigerator part has condensation on all surfaces. Repair person charged $500. He did not send a receipt as promised and left 40lb compressor for me to dispose, saying, "It is your trash." This is a rip off and Sears should be ashamed. Will be reporting to BBB.
