Great experience with a polite and professional technician from Mass Appliance Masters! He was able to quickly diagnose the very loud noise coming from the refrigerator. Problem was determined to be frozen evaporator coils, which he effectively applied steam to, and defrosted. Mass Appliance Masters sent Oleg, a great repairman, to our home. He showed us the large buildup of ice behind the storage compartments, which had happened because of a broken valve. He was very knowledgeable, considerate, and worked quickly with a friendly attitude. We are very happy with the work Oleg did and will call Mass Appliance Masters for our appliance maintenance needs from now on.
