Brandon did an excellent job repairing my 28 yr. old refrigerator at very reasonable rate. I was sure he was going to tell me I’d have to replace it, but not so. He also checked out my 40 yr. old dryer at my request to see if it needed maintenance (which he said it didn’t). I am recommending him to all my friends and family! He is honest and tried to save me money wherever he could.

Tech was very helpful as he explained what was causing the problem with our Whirlpool refrigerator. He made some suggestions which gave us reasonable solutions for the problem. We will use Gem State Appliance Repair again.

He also cleaned the condensor on the refrigerator that I didn't realize was needed. I would definitely recommend this company.

They scheduled me promptly for refrigerator repair--and although my fridge couldn't be saved (not surprising, it's 24 years old!) the technician gave me tons of helpful advice as to what to look for (or stay away from) in a new fridge. His advice alone probably saved me more than the service call fee in choosing a new fridge! Highly recommend this company.

My refrigerator stopped working. It was not defrosting or cooling. It’s an older refrigerator and I wasn’t sure whether it was fixable or not. I called Affordable Appliance and Rion came out the next day. After he diagnosed the problem, I was afraid the refrigerator was history. Rion was able to find the replacement parts and now my refrigerator is just like new. Saved me a lot of money not having to buy a new refrigerator. Rion is as able to come in a timely manner that fit our busy schedules, and went through our refrigerator thoroughly to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Also, he explained everything that was going wrong with the refrigerator to us as he went, which I appreciated. I will definitely keep him in mind for any other appliances in the whole house.!

Ryan was friendly, very knowledgeable and honest. Thought he might tell me that I needed a new refrigerator and it wasn't worth fixing. Just the opposite! He said the older refrigerators are built better and I should hang on to it as long as I could. He worked his magic for just the cost of initial call! I will use Affordable Appliance Repair if needed.

Their integrity, honesty, and professionalism is superior. Told me to defrost my refrigerator for 3 days if the fan doesn't work after that call him. The Fan worked great. He did not charge us, but we made sure we gave him some money later. I highly recommend him five stars definitely

Jamon, the repairman sent out to fix my refrigerator did every thing in a manner it's hard to find these days. He called ahead, showed up on time, was knowledgable, finished in a timely fashion and took such pride in his workmanship that he left the fridge looking like new. Believe me the latter took some real work and elbow grease. His honesty and integrity lead to him instructing me in how to keep from having the same problem again. Then after charging a more than fair price for replacing a fan, he cleaned the work area and left it in a condition much, much better than he found it. I hope Easy's knows, and I'm sure they do as he said he'd been there 21 years; how fortunate they are to have an employee like Jamon. Easy's will definitely be the first name on my list of who to call in the future. PRIDE IN WORKMANSHIP!

Have used this business on several occasions and have always been happy with the service and the work. We have always paid our bills in a timely fashion. Just had Brandon come out and repair our dishwasher and he did a great job and was very personable. Called today to get a repair on a refrigerator in one of our rentals scheduled and the woman I spoke to could not have been more rude. Informed me several times that she was the office manager and if I didn't like what she said I could go somewhere else. I didn't know the zip code on the rental and was rudely told she had to have it because that was how the repair men got directions, which anyone who has ever used google maps knows is not true. So I put the address in my computer to get the zip code which she easily could have done herself instead of being so nasty. There has apparently been some problem with the company website, some other company was high jacking the customers. The website said this fake company was asking for credit cards and then never showing up. It said they never ask for credit card numbers so don't give out that information. The "office manager" said that I had to give a credit card number so who knows, maybe I was talking to the fake company. Anyway, I would use this company again if they got an employee in their office who knew how to be polite and decent to the customers who called in. Life is too short to pay a company who treats me so poorly.

Had problem with refrigerator on Friday. Murf had some other appointments and was not available initially. However he went beyond to adjust his schedule to come on same day I called to see what the issue was. He found the problem and gave me temporary solution till parts arrive. Also he did the follow ups on same day to see how things are working out. Upon arrival of the parts needed, all work completed and the refrigerator is back on line. Thanks to professional work. I’ll use this place again in future if some problem arise in any home appliance.

I could not be more pleased with this company’s work. If you have a Samsung product, do not go anywhere else. TELCO advocated for a new icemaker on my Samsung refrigerator. With absolutely no hassle, Samsung authorized TELCO to replace the icemaker with an upgrade. The work was done, very timely and in a professional manner.
