Dan serviced our refrigerator/freezer and was amazing! I called on Monday afternoon and he was to our house within a few hours! Found the problem and ordered the part. The part came and Dan installed and fixed everything within an hour. Refrigerator is like new! Dan was polite, clean and explained what was going on! I 💯 recommend him and will use him in the future for our appliance needs.

Our refrigerator/freezer unit stopped cooling quite suddenly and we needed assistance quickly. We contacted the Appliance Repair Team and their technician, John, came to our house late in the day, diagnosed the problem, and executed the repair quickly and efficiently (and at a reasonable price). We will use John and the Appliance Repair Tram again in the future!

I very rarely take the time to write a review but I am so impressed with Appliance Repair Team that I had to make an exception. We have a 4-year old refrigerator that experienced a complex failure in the electronics. It presented itself with the refrigerator working for several weeks and then it would stop cooling adequately. Unplug it and reset and the process would repeat itself. I was ready to toss it in the junk heap. We had Tom as a technician and he worked so hard to identify the problem and get it fixed. The easy solution would have been to just start replacing parts until you stumbled on to the correct solution. But Tom did extensive trouble shooting of the problem. He had his soldering kit out and he was testing relays and doing checks that were far beyond my technical expertise. Their prices were so fair and reasonable and I feel as if I got the better end of this deal, considering how hard he had to work to solve it. I give Appliance Repair Team my highest recommendation. They were fast, courteous, fair, honest and provided impeccable service for us.
