Khalid responded quickly to my call about my leaking refrigerator freezer. We talked on a Monday and he visited Tuesday morning. He quickly determined the cause of the problem and efficiently repaired the freezer. Here’s hoping I won’t see anymore water on the kitchen floor!

When he arrived, he knew what was wrong and took my fridge apart to show me what was happening. He was able to fix it in the same day thankfully and was kind and professional. Khalid is amazing, incredibly responsive, thorough, and honest. My refrigerator broke down late on a Thursday night, and by Saturday at noon, he had fixed it. After his initial visit, he quickly found the part he needed, and returned the next day to replace it. My refrigerator was up and running in less than 30 minutes after he arrived, and it’s working great still! Refrigerator not cooling. AGB did google search then reset refrigerator by turning off and back on. I had done same before. Still does not cool. Charged $150 for nothing. I would give zero stars if it were available.
