My side by side refrigerator wasn’t cooling on the refrigerator side. Jesse quickly discovered the problem and took the necessary steps to fix it. He fixed it the day he arrived. He cleaned up afterward. Jesse and his helper were honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. I met Jesse when another repairman called him to troubleshoot a recurring problem with an appliance. Jesse has a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to diagnose and fix an appliance problem. I will definitely call Jesse again if and when I have any appliance issues.

Refrigerator died after power came back on from a neighborhood wide outage. I called Appliance Recovery in the afternoon. They scheduled Victor (technician) the next day. Showed up on time and diagnosed the problem (circuit boards). Took a day for the parts to come in, and Victor returned to perform the install. Refrigerator back to normal again. The whole process was quick, efficient and professional. Highly recommend these guys!

I was having an issue with the freezer part of my refrigerator. Christian came out and diagnosed the problem pretty much immediately and ordered the part. Once the part came in, he was back out to install it and got it running quickly . He explained everything from start to finish with what part was needed and where the problem was located. My Mother's refrigerator thermostat went out. I found Appliance Recovery online, read their reviews and took a shot they would be reasonably priced and could help us out. They (Christian) came out on a Friday, the same day I called. Christian discovered the problem and ordered the part all in the same day. Sadly the part was not in stock, not their fault, but had the refrigerator back up and running again as soon as the part was in. I/we were very pleased with their over all service AND if one of our own appliances needs to be repaired in the future, they will be the first company I call. Albin was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Of course the refrigerator didn't make the sounds while he was here, nor did he find any issues after inspecting the unit. Albin offered an action plan, which we will try.

The technician, Gilbert, was very timely and did a very good job of repairing my clothes dryer and refrigerator ice maker. I highly recommend him and will use the company if the need arises in the future.

Micah P. was professional during the repair of our refrigerator. I'm editing my previous rating since my refrigerator was not repaired as claimed. The technician diagnosed the problem as the thermostat needed to replaced. I paid for parts and labor associated with the service. However, my refrigerator was not fixed. It is worst. It is not cooling at all now. During follow-up call, I was provided and followed "trouble shooting" instructions, and I am left with an inoperable refrigerator.

Micah was very knowledgeable about the Samsung refrigerator. He trained me how to check and make sure the ice maker is working. Great employee that cares about people.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, polite, worked steadily throughout the service appointment and cleaned up after the service, which also involved removing frozen contents of the freezer drawers. Ron seemed to know immediately what the problem was, went right to it and did the repair, then expertly reassembled the various components of the freezer and refrigerator and left them in smoothly working order. Certainly the best service call I've ever had, and this from a lifetime of dealing with older, out of warranty appliances both at our home and our apartments. I can't imagine giving a higher recommendation.
