Micah called to ask a few clarifying questions and things were set. I really liked the text reminder with a photo of the repair expert. Unfortunately, my ice maker did not respond to the reset so I needed to have Rey out a second time to replace the ice maker. He was polite, efficient and organized. After 8 years of no ice, I was excited. Communication was clear - price was more than fair - and I have ICE!
