Called for an Ice Maker repair. It had stopped filling after making a lot of noise. Appointment time was set for 2-6. Repair person arrived after 5 and looked at videos on his phone on how to repair the problem. Basically told us without looking at the units that it was going to cost $1,000 to replace both units. Took his $100 and off he went. He was very obviously not interested in fixing this for us.

The service technician, Nick, did a quick replacement of a defective sensor. However, the sensor was in short supply and there was a delay in getting it. This resulted in many spoiled items in our refrigerator even though we had multiple coolers and a constant ice supply. Although it is unreasonable to expect all parts to be available quickly, Nicks Appliance repair did help expedite the needed sensor and made the repair as fast as they could.
