Before writing a review, I tried to speak with the manager directly about my concerns, but they never returned my call. My ice maker stopped making ice, so I called Mr. Appliance (who I used 3 years prior when I had the same issue - they replaced the ice maker and it was fine for 3 years) to come out and diagnose the issue. I called on a Friday and was scheduled for a Monday and told I would receive a time slot by text on Sunday. Sunday around 5pm I got a text with a 7:30-9:30am time slot and a note that said if you needed to reschedule the appointment to call. I have a standing Monday morning work meeting so I called the number to ask for another time slot. It was apparent it wasn't actually the location, but was an answering service so I asked the woman if the location returned calls on Sundays. She assured me that they did, so I left a message, but never heard from anyone which left me scrambling to reschedule my work meeting on a Sunday night. The tech arrived on Monday morning, spent about 4 minutes at my fridge and let me know the ice maker needed to be replaced - he would come back on Wednesday to install it and it would be $455 and I needed to pay half upfront. He came back on Wednesday and installed the icemaker. The tech was very pleasant and professional. I paid the remainder and was excited to have ice again. 24 hours later, still no ice so I call Mr. Appliance again. The woman on the phone tells me that it can take 24 hours for it to start making ice and I should wait longer and it would start working. So I waited until Friday morning, still no ice. I call back again, they say the tech can come back out that day. I get a call about an hour later saying they need to reschedule my appointment until Monday because the tech is out sick (seemed odd given it was just scheduled an hour prior). I say specifically, I CANNOT have an appointment before 11:30am Monday because of work meetings, she says that won't be a problem and I try to explain how difficult their scheduling method is because when you receive notification of your timeslot the night prior, there is no way to contact the company at that time to reschedule. The woman on the phone got very snarky with me and said, well how would you suggest we do it. So I made a suggestion which I'm guessing she didn't appreciate, she was again snarky, and I waited until Monday for the tech to come again. On Sunday at 7pm I receive a text with my time slot for Monday morning.... 8-10am!!! I literally can't believe it since I said I wasn't available until after 11:30am because of meetings and again can't speak to anyone about rescheduling the appointment and again have to scramble to try to change my work meetings around at 7pm on a Sunday. Ridiculous. Monday morning the tech arrives. I ask him what he did the first time he came out to diagnose the issue and determine that a new ice maker was the solution. He gives me a vague answer. I ask specifically if he measured the temperature in the freezer - he says he can't remember. The reason I asked is that over the weekend I took some food out of the freezer and it was mush - the freezer wasn't keeping temperature. I tell him this, he measures the temp which is close to 40 degrees in the freezer - and says that is the reason the ice maker isn't working. I didn't need a new ice maker, I need a whole new fridge because it can't be repaired! At this point I've had him out 3 times, had to reschedule work meetings twice because of the way this company schedules and is unavailable to reschedule if needed, AND now had to throw away all of the food in my freezer because it is defrosted and likely spoiled. Had he done full diagnostics the first time he came out, he could have saved us two more wasted appointment times and the hundreds of dollars of food I ended up having to waste by throwing it away. They refunded the cost of the new ice maker which I didn't need, but didn't refund the $169 service call fee despite the amount of time wasted and the hundreds of dollars of food they caused me to lose!

I have never used an appliance repair company, all I can say is this company is top notch. I had a problem with my freezer not making ice and water not dispensing and Don quickly diagnosed the problem, did an amazing job and done for a very fair price these are my go to from now on. great customer service highly recommend

My ice maker issue was diagnosed quickly and repaired on the spot for a fair price. The part needed for the repair was already in his vehicle to speed up the repair process. He explained what the problem was and what fix he recommended and he was in an out in around an hour. No issues so far and my fridge is making ice as if it were new. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any appliance repair needs I encounter and would recommend them to others. It is nice to do business with a local family company with experience in their field.

Let me begin by saying no one from this business asked me to leave them a review. I got their name from a Seminole Heights FB group and after doing some research and reading reviews, I gave them a call my icemaker had died, and I put ice in almost everything - they were going to schedule me for tomorrow, but because I had to be out of town in the afternoon they called me back and fit me in today. They carry genuine. Brand new parts from the manufacturer at a reasonable price. They warranty their work, know what they’re doing, and my icemaker started making ice within the hour. Professional, friendly and courteous service from the phone call through to the repair.

Don replaced the fridge ice maker in 15 minutes. And was able to come 2 days early. Will always recommend their service to friends.

Ice buildup on bottom of freezer. Called to set up appointment and I was called back and given an expected date and time window, which occurred. Rudy showed up and disassembly and diagnosis was prompt. He was puzzled by a block of ice in a different position and immediately called a remote expert who recognized the ice position and said it was normal for that unit. That ice was removed anyway, reassembly performed, and Rudy was on his way. Fast, efficient, affable and the cost was very reasonable for the hour and half he was here.

I chose this company based on the Google reviews and was not disappointed! They were responsive, and the technician, Brian, that came out was super efficient and helpful. They ended up unclogging my freezer that had ice buildup, and recommended (put did not push) some extra services I could use to prevent issues in the future. All in all a truly professional experience that I would highly recommend and use again in the future!

This is a great company. Late Tuesday night before Thanksgiving, I noticed the refrigerator was not cooling. The freezer, however, was ice cold and running. After scrambling with food, I called ARS and left message with service. They called me first thing Wednesday morning to let me down early as possible and said they were totally booked and closed for the holiday weekend. As expected they couldn't get me until Monday. I trust them over others I've tried, so I scheduled it for that next Monday About 90 minutes later they called back and said the could get here at the end of the day. The tech showed up, took it all apart, saw some oddities he hadn't encountered before, consulted with a senior tech, and got me up and running It's 16 years old and on it's last legs probably but we survived the holiday.and so far still good I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance repair.

I was very impressed with the care taken by the technician, Rudy, in diagnosing what turned out to be a complex problem with my refrigerator. Rather than try to sell me a bunch of new parts, which he probably could have done, he said he wanted to go back and consult with their senior technician and the refrigerator manufacturer. He later called back and suggested that I try a simple fix myself; simple meaning no disassembly and no tools. I did as he asked and it solved the problem. I happily paid for the service call, which remains open for 30 days in case I need someone to come back. The refrigerator and ice makers are now working the way they are supposed to. I highly recommend this business.
