The company came out not once, not twice, not three, but FOUR times, yet they never fixed my ice maker. Each visit they either performed a service or replaced a part without fixing the problem. The third visit involved actually replacing the ice maker. Since that didn’t solve the problem I asked if they could remove the new ice maker and give me credit for the part, and their response was to give me an estimate on a new door, which they thought would fix the problem. I’m now over $500 invested and still no ice. How many times can they invoice me before a brand new refrigerator would be the logical solution? I’m DONE!

The technician showed up in the window provided that is about all that was good about this experience. Once the technician arrived he began to clean/flush the unit. The system is a 3 year old viking under the counter ice maker. The cost to do this cleaning was $94.95 for service call / $160 for "Minor Labor". The technician was at my house less than an hour and left the machine in the condition I have pictured. "Cleaned" = "Minor Labor" I guess ?? He indicated to me that the unit needed a barring replaced for $700 and that is causing the black residue. I expresses that the technician that came from his company 18 months earlier to perform the same task was not concerned with the black residue when I brought it up, he simply cleaned it completely and said that was normal. Of course the unit was under warrantee during the last visit. I called the company to express my dissatisfaction of the visit and the diagnosis made due to it being so different from the last technicians claim. They simply stated they stand behind their technician work (again look at the picture of the way it was left after cleaned for $160 "minor labor" and a $94.95 service call.

Our technician (Brian) was prompt in letting us know when he’d be at our house. He was friendly and approachable, got to work replacing the ice maker promptly. Took him less than 20 minutes, at no cost to us!

I would not recommend utilizing this company for any diagnostic purposes. I was having trouble with my ice maker filling with water so I paid for a visit to diagnose a problem. I informed the technician what was going on and he recommended a full replacement of the ice maker. I again informed him again that it was working and just not filling with water, but he insisted this would fix the problem. The part was installed and the ice maker still did not work. I ended up finding a YouTube video to diagnose and fix the problem on my own. So I paid for a visit and a new part that was not necessary and the company refused a refund.

I’ve used this company about 4 times now. Their techs are great, very nice and friendly and seem knowledgeable. My particular issue is with what happened today. I had someone come out to look at my fridge, which was icing over. The tech came, said it needed repair, put in refrigerant, fine. Now, my fridge has stopped cooling. I asked them to send someone out today to see why it stopped cooling. Only response they kept giving me is that they need parts for the repair and that the fridge stopped working bc it needed new parts. My fridge was cooling fine and now it isn’t, and it just happened that the parts gave out the same day I had the repair done? Make it make sense. I talked to two people, the second one hung up on me. Doesn’t seem like they’re standing behind their service if they can’t send someone out the next day to make sure it’s not a different issue that caused the fridge to stop working, but insist that they can’t do anything until parts are in. Not using them again. Beyond frustrated that they aren’t doing anything to fix this problem that doesn’t involve me paying them more.
