I don't write a lot of reviews, but I have to give credit to All American Appliance for the work they did on my Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer. The device was never great: cloudy ice, loud. When it randomly quit working after about two years. they came out and tried to fix it. The first attempt did not resolve the issue. It stopped again, So they came out again - for no charge! Unfortunately the second time still did not fix it, but they came out again - for no additional charge! Now, a few weeks later I've noticed that not only is the device still working, it works better than it did when it was new. It makes more ice. The ice is firmer, and I think it's even quieter. We have used All American Appliance before and have always had good prompt service, but this time went above and beyond my expectations.

So my mom has used this company for years. I used them 3 years ago when I was rooming with a buddy, freezer started getting ice at the bottom. We would get it all out, and it would be there again in a month. They came over and fixed it in a jif. Just bought a house and they came out and fixed my stove/oven that wouldn’t light. They do great work and are honest about what the problem is and if it’s worth to fix. 11/10 would recommend.
