Great customer service! This company was a pleasure to work with. We had a quick turn around time from ordering the part to instillation (one day!) They replaced the ice maker for my father in law. It is hard to find repair places as reliable as this company.

(Accidently reposted a previous review!) This time, it was the ice dispenser in our JennAir fridge that went belly up. Tim showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem(s) and showed me what was going on. He had to order 3 small parts, returned with them 2 days later and had it fixed in no time. Again the price was reasonable and service was efficient and courteous. I'll continue to use them for all our appliance problems.

Didn't take long and the new ice maker works great!! Very nice friendly guy, would recommend to anyone.

If I could give a rating less than 1 I would. This company has approximately $450 of my money and the ice maker is still not working properly. When I discovered my ice maker still wasn't working properly I called and made an appointment for the next day. 3 hours after the technician was scheduled to come I called and left a message asking if they were still coming..I did not receive a call back and the technician never showed up. I stayed home all day waiting; very disrespectable and unprofessional. I called and left a message the next day; I never received a call back. False advertising: Satisfaction guaranteed; I'm not satisfied. I drove to the address given and there is a paper sign posted in the window of a storage rental office that says Service Brothers. The rental office was not open. You can never talk to a live person. I would recommend never using this company. UPDATE: I received a call from Tim today offering to do whatever it took to make me happy; he had just been made aware of the situation. Tim did great work and I appreciate the call but the other guy has got to go

Brandon was very thorough with his work. He explained what he was doing and how long it would take for the new ice maker to make ice. He was very professional and polite. Thank you for making this problem be mitigated for now.

Ice maker chute was not churning out the ice. The days before it stopped working it was spitting out more crushed ice than cubes, on the cube selection. Problem solved!! Thank you!

Very cordial and honest about Samsung refrigerator's ice maker problems.

It's now been 2 weeks since our fridge & freezer quit working. I contacted this place because they've done work on this appliance previously. They send a guy out on 05/17/23 & his total time there is 10m TOPS & he says "it's your evaporator coil which isn't covered by your warranty, so it'll be $950." I told my husband to pay the service fee & tell the guy we'll get a second opinion. I called LG, who said it is under warranty & created a service request with this place, to have it repaired. They have ordered an unknown part, as of 05/26/23. I called to, at the very least, be refunded for the $95 service fee that we were charged, given Cody didn't provide us with the PROPER information, but based on other reviews, it looks like I'm just part of their scheme to scam customers with outrageous $95 service fees that amount to no resolution for the consumer. We have two children. Since 5/17/23, we've had no ice. No perishables. Cannot store leftovers. Cannot shop for perishable groceries. But hey, they got their $95, right? 🥴 But if you ask the lady that answers the phones, "your refrigerator isn't technically under warranty" despite her staring right at an active service request from LG, indicating that it is. So this should be fun.

I had an ice maker problem. The metal arm kept falling off although the ice maker did make lots of ice. Mark replaced the ice maker (?) and later came back again and replaced it when it didn't work. The wire stays on now....even though the ice maker only makes half a bin full of ice now. :(
