Exceptional customer service! A technician was sent back out free of charge to look at our refrigerator ice maker again since the first suggested fix didn't help. This time he fixed it by disconnecting the RO water system from the ice maker. I really appreciate the dedication to fix our problem!! The ice maker in my freezer was leaking, while the refrigerator was still covered by an extended warranty, I was told after filing a claim that they were unable to find anyone to come out to service it(I live about 30 minutes from Sioux Falls). Historically, I have had a hard time finding anyone that would come out to service appliances, so I was pleasantly surprised when I called Mr. Appliance and was told that not only do they come to my area, but they would be able to come out the following day! The following morning Sani Lefaoseau Jr. arrived to my home and within a few minutes he had already identified the issue and began removing the ice maker to clear the obstruction. He showed me where the issue was, cleared it, and re-installed my ice maker. I enjoyed visiting with Sani while he worked and appreciated the time he took to show & explain the problem to me so that I know what to do if it ever happens again -although Sani assured me that it is unlikely to recur. It's now been about 24 hours since the repair and my ice maker seems to be working as it should with no signs of leaking water. Would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance!
