Our ice maker stopped working on a Sunday, these guys were the only company answering phones. Hayden was awesome from the start, suoer easy to work with and very fair. Definitely worth having him over to look at any appliance issues!

We had Hayden out a few months ago to work on our GE fridge that had frozen up he and I had a miscommunication on exactly which model we had but he took it in stride and got the right part and returned. He completed and gave us a very reasonable price for the repair and was on his way. The other day the fridge started having issues with the water and the bottom under the deli tray had ice so we called him out to check up on it. We talked about the price to fix the water and as normal the price to fix it with him showing me his cost of the part he offered it at hid price I declined to fix it due to the fridge being almost 20 years old. He then said the freezing up issue not the same issue that he was originally out for but since it was frozen up even farther up than the bottom tray he would cover the repair under warranty as he warranties all repairs for 1 year... He took the entire interior of the fridge apart and completely cleaned out all the area the moisture / ice and dried it as complete as possible was her for almost 2 hours and then packed up and left with a smile and a handshake. We will not call anyone else for our appliances but Hayden! If you are still reading. Hayden repaired a valve and replaced our ice maker after a leak that destroyed our kitchen floor. He seemed highly competent and trustworthy—very happy with his work and professionalism. Would highly recommend him.

Matt came out, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, he was obviosuly experienced and knew what he was doing and he gave me an option of trying to reflash the software on the ice maker in my sub-zero fridge, and save me apporx. $300 in new hardware costs, which we agreed to. It turned out not to work - but he came right back and replaced the board and the ice maker and only charged for the hardware! Not the return visit! Definitley calling these guys again, my ice is clinking in my glass righr now and he really seemed to understand appliamces. Thanks Matt!

Mr. Appliance is great to communicate regarding appt times and arrival of technicians. However, they refuse to disclose any information regarding cost breakdowns of parts, labor, etc. Please note that you must pay 100% up front before repairs are completed. Also, there is a $125 service fee and diagnostic evaluation. We feel we were greatly overcharged for the service provided, but when asked for an explanation of the charges, we were informed that they do not share that information with customers. Lesson learned - we will never use Mr. Appliance again...ever. UPDATE: Shortly after our repair was completed, it was quickly evident that it definitely was not. We ended up with sheets of ice coating the inside of our freezer and still no ice from the ice maker. It took four additional return visits to try and fix the issue before it really was complete. This place is a joke!
