My GE ice cube maker stopped working so after I asked the Litchfield and Londonderry pages on FB for some recommendations, Derry Appliance was the overwhelming response from both pages, so I called and made and appointment. We have a side by side fridge/freezer that stopped making ice. I'm a respectively intelligent guy and tried to troubleshoot it myself but wasn't able to. I sent a shout out to folks on Facebook about an appliance repair company and 90% of the folks said "MARS!". Looking at reviews, they were vastly more negative than any company should be. So I figured something is wrong with this and decided to give them a shot. I called Mars and they were able to come out the next day! They troubleshot and discovered the issues and explained all the issues to me and how I could troubleshoot it further when something else happens to fridge. They ordered the needed parts and repaired it within a week and were very courteous despite us having two dogs that love getting in your business and 10 kittens running around all over the place. I will absolutely be calling MARS again if I have any more issues!
