I almost never use someone I have no experience with nor recommendations, but I was desperate with a standalone ice maker not working with the holidays coming up. The alternative was to replace a very expensive appliance. They came, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts , returned on schedule and I once again have a functional ice maker. Professional, honest and reasonable. I will certainly call them in the future.

Unfortunately a very poor experience. The technician was nice while on site but was unprepared to complete the task. Was over-quoted by hundreds to fix a frozen ice maker and customer service representative was extremely rude when asked about the process. I would not recommend, very disappointed. Update: I spoke with another business in town that told me to contact Samsung and gave me the information to do so. They said it would be covered which it was…so the repair was done free of charge. Glad I didn’t just say ok and pay the $600.

My ice maker stopped making ice and my freezer was full of water. I called Mr. E and they were very quick to schedule an appointment. The technician, Kyle, showed up for the appointment on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for repair. When the part came in I was contacted for a follow-up and again Kyle showed up on time and completed the repair quickly. I would highly recommend this company. The price was very reasonable, the technician was very knowledgeable and the company is very responsive.
