LG sent this company to repair my refrigerator. They missed two appointments and came four times. The issue still persists and now we have started to find screws in our ice cubes. Do not use them!

The A&D Tech was able to diagnose the issue and order the proper parts for repair. A&D quickly scheduled the appointments, and the tech arrived within the window. Shortly after the repairs were made, the ice maker was functioning again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! The technical failed to fix a simple problem under warranty (power supply for the freezer light needed replacement) on the first two visits. The technician was rude and unprofessional in both those visits. Not only that, but he somehow also broke my ice maker in the process. I was yelled at by the owner for simply asking if they could come on a weekend after they had failed to fix it the first two times so I didn’t have to miss a 3rd day of work. To the owner: I’m not the one who agreed to do warranty work when you get paid less to do those jobs! I’m not the one who took a job that was “too far away!” Do not yell at your customers for decisions that you made and having incompetent technicians! So in addition to being rude, my brand new refrigerator is in worse shape than it was initially so don’t hire this company!
