Hoping sharing my experience will get me a call back from them and my ice maker actually fixed and returned. Ice maker broke in November charged me over $800 to fix it called them two months later it was broken again. They took it in and saying it costs another $800 or so to fix because it’s a different problem and not within warranty. My husband talked to Jeremy and he said he would call back to talk to him. Ice maker has been gone over a month and still no call back despite multiple phone calls to try and resolve this.
