Both ice makers in my refrigerator were not working. I called Friday afternoon and set an appointment for Saturday morning. Jordan from Abel Appliance Repair came out in a timely manner to repair our ice-maker and water filter. He diagnosed the problems and explained what he was doing while working. When he left the water filter was working again. He said we might need to replace the ice-maker , but suggested that We wait a few hours to see if the icemaker began making ice again. The ice-maker began functioning the next day, so we won’t need to replace the ice-maker now. When the ice-maker or some other appliance breaks down we’ll definitely be calling Abel again.

I called Abel Appliance with a broken ice maker and Jordan came out the next morning. Jordan had the right part on his truck and was able to diagnose the problem and change out the parts quickly and professionally. The price was reasonable and he gave me a 1 year guarantee. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any appliance repair.

John was our technician and he was awesome! He guided us on our kitchen aid Ice maker refrigerator. This company has excellent customer service, john let me know when he was 30 minutes out from my house and had everything he needed to diagnosis the issue! I highly recommend them and will be using them again!

I called Mark’s Appliance Repair because of their excellent reviews. I have a Samsung French door refrigerator with upper and lower ice maker. The ice maker has been disconnected for 6 years, but the refrigerator has been in use during this time. We moved the refrigerator to a different area and hooked up the icemaker. Only the bottom one started making ice and then quit after one day. A technician came out the next day and concluded the top one was good and started working. He said the bottom one was bad with some kind of clog and it would involve taking out the whole mechanism and replacing a part at a cost of $250.00. Since he said the top one was good, we decided not to spend any extra. That evening the bottom one started producing ice, bot the top one never did start producing ice. He charged $250.00 which was paid. I still have not received any kind of receipt. The problem was misdiagnosed by your technician so I would not recommend your company for any kind of repair.
