Look elsewhere!!!!! When my fridge went out Vlad, the owner, came to my rescue but could not perform the work stating he had been weakened by a prior Covid infection. He had to enlist me to help him. Then we had to enlist my neighbor to help him. Finally Vlad called his wife to come help him. Finally he tells me the fridge is repaired and he swiftly leaves with my check in hand. I go to check on the fridge and find he has left water in the floor and didn’t push the fridge back in place. I clean up the water but notice the fridge is not cooling. Then I spend time on the phone with Vlad trying to diagnose the problem. Suddenly there is a jet engine noise in my kitchen. It’s the refrigerator. Another call to Vlad. He returns the next day with another repair man. They get the fridge working but now the ice maker is no longer working. There was nothing wrong with the ice maker before I called him?? The flooring must now be replaced because it has buckled. During the repair he used my kitchen shears, a serrated steak knife and a serving spoon in an attempt to remove the damper control (no, I’m not kidding!). He refuses to give me a clear answer about what further work had to be done the second day. There’s more but your get the picture. Folks, save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.

Ice maker had a water leak it need to be fixed not replaced, poor workmanship, service way overpriced. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Spoke with Jon this morning and he gave me an Excellent explanation of the issue as well as a few suggestions going forward. I Really appreciated the time he took out of his day to call me back with this information. Jon was prompt and Courteous. My frig section (upper unit) had ice buildup behind the crisper. John explained the issue and told me there was a fix which was to install a heating element switch. One week later I noticed an error message (vacuum condenser). The unit would not turn off from the inside so I powered it off at the breaker. Lights on the unit came back on but not the compressor. Never seen this message before previous work was done. Today is Sunday so I will call for service first thing Monday morning.

They did such a great job, we literally had a fridge and freezer that wouldn’t cool, leaked water and wouldn’t make ice. We now have everything working again and appreciate them for all their hard work. They went above and beyond, made the extra trips and were so great to deal with. The office staff communicated well and called back when promised. This is a Father & Son which I love because it’s personal not corporate. This company is a scam. Called for service for icemaker not working. Man came and diagnosed it as needing replacement. So fine. I went ahead to replace. The charge for this was $561. Over several days, I got 5 pieces of ice. I called back to get another service visit for this. So another person came. He said that the problem is not the ice maker even though replaced. They replaced it and it was a mistake. This 2nd guy (Joe) "found" another problem-a leak which would cost $1,000 to fix-yet another part. I then got an emailed invoice for $129. for a service visit!! I was not told about this charge. How do they with a straight face charge me for a visit to fix the product that doesn't work in the first place. This makes no sense. So I spent $689 and my ice maker still does not work. The worst of this is when I called the owner about all this, I was yelled at and insulted. No customer service at all! So stay away from this company. Not sure of the other "Mr. Appliance" businesses. due to lack of trust with this company, I'll not go for the $1,000 additional. I'll buy ice! Best to buy a new appliance when it breaks because you will be taken otherwise.

Called to set an appointment with this company to fix our ice machine and was pretty rudely told that they do not service our area and they are two miles from us!!?? The girl who answers the phone has horrible phone skills and I'm pretty sure, from her attitude, would rather being anything else.
