Lot's of respect for their honesty and integrity! My fridge ice maker stopped working. The second the tech saw the fridge he told me to call the manufacturer number and that they'd fix it for free while it would be a $500 repair if he made it. Then, he refused to let me pay anything for the service call because he didn't actually do any work. I called the manufacturer and they will indeed fix it for free. That kind of honesty isn't something that's easy to come by these days. Will 100% be using Adam's in the future and recommending them to everyone who asks!

We were needing work on our ice maker and our tech was very nice but it was a little confusing that he said he doesn’t really work on refrigerators. And totally get the service charge but we were added another charge even though he told us there is no fix for what is wrong with the ice maker and that it will happen again eventually since it’s an older refrigerator.

Kevin, the service technician was very knowledgeable, personable and timely. I would highly recommend this service company to anyone looking for a dependable and honest company to do business with. Don Fuller the owner also came out with Kevin to assist him in troubleshooting the problem we are having with our ice make in our refrigerator. Don said the issue was a design problem with this refrigerator. They think they solved the issue short term but said there really wasn’t a permanent fix available. Don’s recommendation was not spend any more money on this unit. In my mind, that is an example of how honest this company is.
