First time I called them for my ice maker, I paid $95 and all the serviceman did was push the ice bin in. I called them again for the same ice maker and the serviceman found the problem then broke my crisper drawer. He even had the gall to give me. $125 invoice. He said he ordered the part and would be back the next day but didn’t show. I called them and they said he would come the following day between 12-3. Nothing. I have gotten nothing but crickets from this company that broke my $2600 fridge. I would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Oh yeah…I will be seeking further action regarding my broken fridge. UPDATE: after my review the owner called immediately to address my concerns. He was unaware of my issues. He assured me he would take care of it… and he did! I am a happy camper again with this company and highly recommend their services. I only wish I had spoken with him before I got so frustrated. They are definitely my appliance repair company.
